Smarttracking ломает то, что работало
Новый автоматический трекер фиксирует каждую остановку как удар; «классический» режим убрали — качество данных упало.
The latest update does not work. they added smart tracking, which replaced the old tracking. There is an option to use classic, but the functionality is gone. I used it during my latest round, which was cart path only. the app added a shot everytime I stopped and everytime I went out into the fairway.
newest "upgrade" is utter trash! the layout is an improvement but since update my link misses almost ALL of my shots...entering them manually defeats one of the main draws for even having the app.

It seems like the 18Birdies app was designed primarily with Apple users in mind. On Apple Watch, features such as automatic shot detection work well, and distances are tracked accurately just by wearing the watch during a round. Unfortunately, the Android experience still falls far behind.
If you are using Wear OS, look at Golf Shot instead. It has much better support for non-Apple smart watches and the annual fee for Pro is less than 18 Birdies Premium. I got a Pixel Watch 4 and was hoping the watch would make Smart Tracking more accurate. Nope. There is only the most basic functionality of distances and manual shot tracking.
It doesn't fully support Android watch. Apple watch only. I wanted the automatic shot tracking(detection) from the watch. But no luck!

every hole, it's trying to sell you to upgrade to the premium. it's really hard to maneuver.
the entire layout is and the app is 1 giant ad to force you to pay instead of focusing on user experience.
The amount of pop ups is unbelievable. I just want to play a round of golf with a little bit of advice. I don't want to add my phone contacts every time I look at the app.

The app didn't stay active on the watch. It was tedious to always have to open the app manually.
Been trying different apps since first one I tried stopped working on watch. 18birdies does not stay running on the watch (pixel). I have to select and start it for every shot.
the app itself is good but the communication between the watch and phone is terrible.
