Two of the most easiest to fix: your trainings are logged in PST not in the devices time zone, and you cannot sort classes by duration. Apple Health Integration should also be standard.

You can't play your own music while workout. App is not reading and writing essential workout data from a Health app and Apple Watch. Right now it's just a video player with a history of watched videos

Done classes are not logged and new ones not marked as having been completed. The only way to log is to go onto the website via pc and start the video of the class you've finished and then it finally logs.

Some hiccups I love Alo! But the app has some hiccups. Can’t seem to log my classes most of the time. Would love to be able to edit this afterwards too. Some classes have logged more than 10 times for some reason…

For example if I filter for barre, then why do I have to scroll through all instructors? I should only see barre instructors. Also, keep the yoga cult jargon out of other style workouts.

Hi alomoves product team, I have been using your app for the past 2 years and I am giving you a 3/5 as I would like to see more options to filter classes : with or without weights, focus on upper body or lower body, etc.

The my practice portion of it is frequently unavailable and air dropping never works.

However the recent app ‘upgrades’ have ruined my experience of this app on my iPad.nThe developers removed the option to easily view your profile so you can review your progress, and now the exercises I have saved in my practice no longer load beyond the first few visible.

The mobile version does not give you all the options that the desktop one allows (like adding a class to a playlist, or deleting it) but it’s still quite user friendly.

We have to click on so many teeny tiny options & pages to get to the actual practice, when you think you click on the class, there's yet another page popping , the arrow to go back to the previous page is always hidden in whatever picture is in the corner and also tiny, and what's up with the barely visible color of the typo

If the instructor can do the splits, you're expected to. If the instructor can do a headstand, you're expected to. They rarely offer alternative postures or instruct on how to work up to the final pose. This app is either for beginners or advanced, not if you're in between.

I'm 8 weeks postpartum and have been looking into buying courses online. I found this app and have started the barre and Pilates postpartum series and I LOVE them. Perfect gradient to easy back into my reformer Pilates sessions again.

Literally cancelled my $300 reformer Pilates membership and now I can skip the drive.

Very poorly instructed classes I really wanted to love this app but the classes are horribly instructed with no additional reminders (eg: tuck your core, inhale exhale) that should definelty be included especially in a Pilates based app.

I can do them all at once but I love how the instructors mention modifying the workout if one has back pain, shoulder pain or if one is loading the wrist. I hope to look just as fit as the instructors

I can't play my own music over the top of classes anymore. The Feed.fm music selection is awful - you can't even select a song you just have to listen to their chosen playlist for that class. And some classes have no music at all!!!

None of the music works for these classes, either in app or when I cast to my Tv.

Finally, and this is the most important issue, there is NO MUSIC on the Apple TV 4K app version. I've tried to find the option to enable it but it simply does not exist for this version of the app.

Music doesn't always align with the teacher or the class.

There is also no music or if there is any it's so faint that you cannot hear it which makes the class drag by even more slowly

The only problem is that due to technical difficulties classes sometimes stop and the app freezes in the middle of the class which is very annoying especially if it happens multiple times within one workout. Found that the majority of classes needed props eg weights, a reformer machine, pads, bands, blocks. This is not really feasible for easy at home working out.

Edited review: downgrading from 2 to 1 stars due to lack of customer support. When I fill in the online form for support, no one gets back to me.

I just signed up for a 6 month subscription. The app isn't recognizing this and I can't access anything. I called Alo and they said oh yeah we know there's a problem. You have to contact Apple for a refund. THEN STOP SELLING THE APP!!!! Scam

I've payed for subscription but due to application problems I don't have access to subscription features. Support isn't answering and no one has returned my money. Subscription costs 14,99€, which I've paid twice now

My email account was hacked and permanently locked — even Microsoft couldn't recover it and because of that, I lost access to my Alo account. Despite clearly explaining the situation multiple times, support kept repeating that they «don't have the authority» to update an email address or help recover the account in any way.

On the computer the filters are more advanced, but on the phone you can't apply any filters, no favourites, nothing.

The mobile version does not give you all the options that the desktop one allows (like adding a class to a playlist, or deleting it) but it’s still quite user friendly.

You can't play your own music while workout. App is not reading and writing essential workout data from a Health app and Apple Watch. Right now it's just a video player with a history of watched videos

My only perceived issue is that I would appreciate the ability to search/filter for specific poses that are covered in the classes, for those times when I am looking to practice a particular pose.

Comments left on classes are doubled (a bug of the app, not people commenting twice), and there's no way to filter «logs» from comments to avoid scrolling endlessly

Even trying to do something as simple as get a membership is hard. It takes you to some points system with Alo that has nothing to do with the workout classes. Let me save you some time. Click on a class that is «locked» and is premium access. THEN you'll see the option for class membership.

I js download this app and when I found out you have to pay money to do anything I was shocked. Usually if you have do pay money for things they'll tell you but this app didn't

you can barely see the menu items as they are gray on white background. Same thing for the «completed» indicator in the bottom right screen. Since it is white and most of the pictures are outdoors, I can't see it.

The light grey used for titles that aren't selected just needs to be a bit darker
