App is 10/10 times awful. Every single time you try to open it and do something it just spins and is glitch after glitch. It will literally take you 45 minutes to accomplish anything through the app.
I appreciate how easy this app makes it to keep track of my pet's records, but it is SO slow and laggy that I often will need to restart the app 4 times to schedule one appointment.
The app is so slow. It freezes and takes forever to load. Every click is delayed and is very slow to process. It's so frustrating

The app is not working when trying to download medical history or documents it says pending for a day and then just resets to nothing
When trying to make another appointment, my pet doesn't show at all. Health records don't always show either. At this point, I'll have to contact my vet for any information, which makes the app obsolete.

I will randomly get alerts that I need to take a specific pet in for a routine visit that is overdue. However, when I make the appointment & show up the vet tech seemed confused as to why we're there.
I logged in today and it said one of my pets was overdue for a routine visit when he was there on Monday.

The live chat is really bad. I asked a question, waited patiently for an answer and the second the answer was sent the chat was closed by the person on the other end giving me 0 seconds to read and I cant go back and look at it because it gets cleared out
this app is a giant pain in the butt. just employ receptionists who actually answer the phone so I can schedule appointments without spending an hour trying to deal with this slow moving technology. or, you could just build a better app. the VCA app works just fine.
Convient for manage appointments. But app is very slow and unresponsive at times on a fold 6.
