Bolt принимает бронирование, но за несколько минут до нужного времени начинает искать водителя заново — и часто никого не находит.
RELENTLESSLY AWFUL. Pre-booked rides are a complete shambles. They're basically "start searching for a driver at X time". Except if the price has gone up at that time, you have no chance of getting the car you thought you booked.
Twice now the app has let me schedule a ride and twice it has failed to find a driver, at the very last minute. The second time it even told me it did find a driver and that it would show up soon, only for the ride to be canceled
Don't use the scheduled ride service, Bolt claimed to have a driver available for pick up at the scheduled time then suddenly cancelled the ride as we got to the pick up time.

Very Unreliable. Drivers accept then cancel. Schedule a ride in advance, Bolt confirms then nobody shows up. Use anything else.
tried to get a fare to the airport, accepted 6 times, cancelled 6 times in 15 minutes. canceled the ride, the money went up by 8euros. uninstalled
First time ever I tried to use it, all the drivers cancelled and I missed my train. I learned my lesson and uninstalled it.

My first time using Bolt, I decided to pay with cash. The pick up location was not showing on the map so I put the nearest place. The rider asked me to add 1000 if I want him to go to the exact place, I agreed. Later, he started telling me that Bolt will add to my money by the time he gets to my location
Although the driver came on time, he mentioned a price entirely different and more expensive than what was written there, he claimed that the price has not changed on the app for over two years
We are extremely disappointed with bolt as twice we were robbed we accepted rides at a certain price then when they dropped off the parcel they charged around R15 extra and on the app they show it as late fees

As others have described, driver's often show up at the wrong pick up point and also cancel. They begin charging you if you're not at the pick up they decided to show up at, not the one you chose. I've spent 10 euro on Bolt charges and have been unsuccessful at even getting in a car.
The Bolt app and driver, Zohaib, left me 16 minutes away from my place even after I told him the address was wrong. I came from the airport. With luggage. Had to walk in the heat.
Terrible app, driver drives past you without stopping and they charge waiting fee.
