Well, 9 years on and it's still peerless. But one major point - minor in that it's display rather than function, but major for me as you removed my default view. In BC2 there was a grid style option for week view (with the choice to have days counting across or down). It's the only way I've ever been able to see a week at a glance and know what I'm dealing with; before screens I used to work like

still use this calender 10 years on, it is absolutely the best calendar. I have downloaded others just to see if there is anything that compares but they get deleted after 5 minuets. I would definitely recommend this calender.
Still an excellent app. I have been using it for many years and it's one of the best apps I have on my devices. Certainly the only calendar app that I would use. I would thoroughly recommend it everyone.
Thank you for your help but it didn't help here. The app has five coloured areas for holidays, personal, sport, etc. Two of these are missing now. I have had to manually re-input all of the original entries manually. The app still works really well but with limitations. Up until now this has been an excellent app it survived one change of phone but not this time.

Really easy to use UI. I have 12 emails and it added them all on there in different colors, so if you have a large family or business crew you can add them all on there and click the email to show/hide their schedule.
Fantastic utility tool! I love the ability to toggle off/on individual calendars with tabs.

Why does the widget not support rounded corners like the app? the rest of this post has been up for over a year a pretty much the same limits arent fixed. I bought the Business Calendar 2 pro app in 2022 when it was a one time purchase and it's been working perfectly as a simple calendar. Now for some reason I'm being asked to pay a subscription or get ads. Unless this is a mistake, I will give up the app. How can I contact someone to help fix this?

It would be a good app if it would alert for events in days ahead. It only works if you want to be reminded on today's date. Maybe it's not suitable for Android 16.

I've been using this calendar for years, and I wouldn't use any other calendar app. I can put my bills due in as a task and check them off every month when they're paid.

This is the best calendar app if you are using multiple calendars. It can show your personal, work, and shared calendar in one place. For work I sinc my family shared calendar to my work account so in any other app I have duplicate events in calendar. This app allows me to remove these duplicates. Have been using BC for years, and the layout of BC2 is amazing. About hte caldav support: can you accept user certificates? i use an private CA for my LAN hoemserver and it seems not to connect.

*NEW BUG ON LATEST ANDROID PHONES! Last 4 months the Full calendar widget gets stretched out and blurrs and I have to constantly hit the refresh button on the top right. It's annoying af, do better!!! (Samsung 23,25 & 26 Ultra)
Shared calendar for families and couples
Spouses and groups can see each other's schedules and coordinate shared events easily
This calendar app has all the functions I need and is reliable. My husband and I can easily share events with each other to keep our schedules on track.
I have many other calendars to choose from, but I stick with this one. My husband uses it also. We can look in each other's calendars, which is very helpful when we want to schedule mutual events, etc.

My favorite calendar app. I've used it for years. It has a lot more customization than Google calendar. I don't know why so many app developers are against customization. They want everyone the same.

Widget doesn't auto-refresh in the morning
You have to open the app to get the widget to show current events; the refresh button must be tapped manually

Feature requests: notes field, task list printing, file attachments
Users want a notes field on events, the ability to print or export task lists, and carry-forward for incomplete tasks; file and photo attachments to Google Drive have stopped working
Need to add automatic rollover the undo tasks

I really like the app. One improvement I’d suggest is adding a notepad feature so users can write and save notes easily.
Address search in events is unreliable
Address autocomplete returns random places in other states or nothing at all; users work around it with Google Maps; no travel-time estimation
Pretty good app for what it provides. Although the location function isn't ideal, the work around for using with Google maps is a decent alternative option.
overall good, but the location search is terrible
The app is great, way better widget than Google calendar. My only issue is that when I type in the name of a location, it doesn't come up with any nearby addresses. It comes up with random addresses in random states or no addresses at all.
No iPad, PC, or desktop version

Different time zones for event start and end not supported

I have had this app for years and liked it but living in Arizona where we do not change clocks the app doesn't know how to handle it. When the clocks just changed now all of my entries are an hour BEHIND!! HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!? There is no way to fix it. HELP!!
so it won't "work" without granting it permission to use my personal calendar when all I need is for it to access my business calendar, which I keep separate for obvious reasons. Total fail for an app literally called BUSINESS CALENDAR -2 star for this app
App resets selected calendars and injects unwanted events
Unchecks previously selected calendars and starts sending notifications from other people's calendars, causing missed meetings; automatically adds religious holidays that can't be deleted
why does it overwrite my selected calendar choices? Why are a BUNCH of Jewish holidays suddenly added to my calendar without my permission, taking up space in my schedule? I can't cancel or remove them. I respect other religions so I think mine should be respected as well! I shouldn't be FORCED to have events on my calendar that are irrelevant to my life!!! Even when I cancel them, they pop back up! Google dependency: can't create a standalone isolated calendar
Won't work without access to a personal Google calendar; deleting a calendar in the app deletes it in Google too — users just wanted a separate work calendar
this is no different to the Google calandar. there is no way to seperate or unsync this from the Google calandar. if you delete a calandar in this app, it will delete the Google calandar too. I wanted an app that can be seperate from my every day calandar to use for work/business. this is sh!te.
I originally rated 4/5 in 2016. I have no idea why. I love this app. I have multiple emails for the various parts of my life, and I love that I am able to keep them clearly separated by color.
this app will not work unless you give it access to your calendar. the whole point of downloading this app was to have a separate calendar but they do not you do that. useless
Unsolicited reminders added to events
Automatically attaches reminders to events where none were set; no option to default to 'no reminder'
gives reminders for events where I don't specifically set a reminder. can you please provide an option for no reminder?
Need to have an option to default to having a reminder, just like Outlook.
Used to be brilliant but now freezes 50% of the time when trying to create a new reminder - gets stuck trying to select the date then no option but to back all the way out and lose everything you've just typed.
Doesn't sync with Outlook and Microsoft 365
Stops pulling updates and cancellations from Outlook 365 after the initial import; adding a work Microsoft account requires admin rights and often fails

Can't add my work (microsoft) account as its requiring admin creds. all other apps I have tried don't need admint rights.
