Extremely satisfied. Highly functional, beautiful UI, well optimised, syncs easily with desktop, cost effective compared to competitors. No complaints thus far.
New user here: Canary seems to implement useful (AI and other) features others can't. Great UI too, cross-platform, mobile apps, account sync and it's very fast!
Best yet. Tried lots of others and this is by far the top performer for cross platform, integrated services.

Один из самых повторяющихся багов: письмо удаляют — оно возвращается. Пользователи удаляют одно и то же по три раза.
Decided to test email apps. This one suffers from one massive problem: it fails at deleting emails and deleted emails keep coming back to your inbox.
The latest update doesn't actually delete the Apple emails. Or at least it doesn't keep them deleted. No matter how I delete the email it immediately returns.
So. Where do I begin? I have returned and even paid the $60. My biggest gripe is deleting the same email 2 or 3 times.

This app is terrible. It won't load PDFs, send emails with images, constantly fails to send, and is slower than a snail to load emails. If there's a file attached, forget about it loading.
Tapping attachment - app doesn't download it nor shows any reaction. Opening email notification - takes 15 seconds to open the mail.

The app resends emails multiple times. I want an email client that: when I press send, it sends the message and immediately puts that message into the sent folder. No, this app keeps it in the outbox, then sends it again the next time I open the app.
created a draft that I couldn't delete and sent it over and over again to a recipient, I had to apologize.
Replies default to popping up AI. It needs some work before I can replace Gmail with it

За iOS, Android и Windows нужно платить отдельно — пользователи, которые пользуются несколькими устройствами, считают это неприемлемым.
If you want to use this app on multiple platforms (iOS, macOS, Windows, etc), you will have to pay multiple times (multiple subscriptions!).
I made a one-time payment but haven't been using the app for a while. Came back to find out it's now a subscription service.
This email app hasn't worked correctly for over a month and a half. Very disappointed, why am I PAYING for something that don't work.
