Great how they constantly keep you updated on your food

Deliveroo advertised a 50% voucher for new users, but it appears to be misleading. I tried multiple times, and at checkout the system asked me to remove the voucher before I could complete the payment.

It says £15 off £20 order but won't apply to my account, and I can't access the help section because I'm a new customer with no previous orders.

fake offer of 50 on first purchase of 75 and above. Order gets placed and amount dedected from card without any offer code option, payment confirmation and otp steps

the app is now nuking my battery, 20-minute order eats +50% of the battery with the phone even heating up. beware

broken- no idea why but the last few months this app has frozen my whole phone, crashes everything; clearing cache, updating, reinstalling, etc hasn't helped

buggy just can't seem to load anything. The logo start up screen sometimes just shows a green screen.

Awful service. They make people pick up 2 orders so your food gets cold. Use one of the other delivery apps this one is the worst.

if you want someone to collect your food then go for a lap round town before bringing you cold soggy food this is the app for you

first orders was geate food was good and hot, now your uses to the service they start doubling up your delivery so your order sits in the cool box why some one else's food is cooked my order was stone cold chips rubbery and sweaty deliveroo gave me £7 back the other £24 went in the bin

i cant disable notifications in the app so uninstalling it

constantly begs for your actual location every 10 seconds after ordering, despite specifying it when you install. very annoying

app contaminated with dubious adverts for cashback junk.
