Audiomack reviews
What users love and hate, from real reviews
A free music streamer with offline downloads that users hold up as the "best alternative to Spotify" — until the ads gating each download turn one song into three clips with redirects.
What users love
Offline downloads are the whole reason people stay
Users value not just streaming but downloading to listen offline — in the car, on a hilly ride, with no wifi. It comes up again and again as the core use case.
I like how we can hear that song when we don't have no wifi
U can easily play music offline with this app after downloading the music
best app for downloading songs for a hilly ride in a car
The folk verdict: "better than Spotify"
Over and over the app gets compared to Spotify and ranked above it — for free downloads and far less ad-choking while actually listening.
The best alternative to Spotify. Almost non existent ads.
genuinely if u need a better spotify this is ure app
better than spotify allows you to download but a little problem of ads
Downloading is dead simple — that IS the product
Ease of downloading is the most-praised thing: "so easy to download," "very easy downloading, wow." For many it's the first app where they ever got their favorite music at all.
Love this app so easy to download the song s🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
very easy downloading. wow. This is the first time I have ever used audiomack
this is the first app I ever get my favorite music
A vast catalog of every kind of music
People feel they can find anything here: "whatever you want at any given time," "every phonk possible," music from everywhere — one user even downloads the Qur'an.
this is good and it has every phonk possible.
you get what ever you want in any give time I love audiomack
it is a very good app that allows you listen to music from every where in the world
Flexible playback: slowed, sped up
You can play a track the way you like it — slowed, sped up — and then download it that way too. For fans that's a feature in itself.
jis Tarah song Sunna Pasand hai like slowed, speed up etc ap apni Marzi se kar skate hai
Fast search — but gated by your data
Search is praised for speed, with a key caveat: "very fast in searching songs when you have enough data." Without data the speed disappears.
very fast in searching songs when you have a enough data
What users hate
Ads before downloads: three clips per single song
Downloading one song now means watching three ads, and the close X first throws you into Play Store or shopping apps 2-3 times. Accidentally swipe the app away and you reopen it to watch three ads all over again.
they changed it into three ads in order to download one song
when clicking x it will automatically direct you to playstore or shopping apps 2 to 3 times before giving you the actual exit button
Too much advertisement while downloading songs, it's irk
Some tracks won't download — or just aren't there
Some can't download to their phone at all, others find the songs they want missing from the catalog. "The best but I can't download all the songs" is a typical caveat even in five-star reviews.
so far so good but cant download to my phone
it's the best but I can't download all the songs
there is so much song that isn't available in this app, so this is the negative point
A premium wall on some favorite tracks
Not everything is free: some favorite songs require premium. One user explicitly asks for a lifetime purchase — that would make it a five-star app, "almost there."
required premium for some of my favourite songs no cap
Needs a lifetime purchase. Then it'd be a five star app. Almost there.
Music pauses on its own
A bug slips through that breaks the core listening flow: the app keeps pausing the music for no clear reason.
I don't know why the app keeps pausing music every time
Lyrics are missing from many songs
A recurring request: add lyrics to every song. Right now some tracks have none, and it's the one thing keeping otherwise delighted users from full satisfaction.
I recommend them to put lyrics on every song
Kuch songs ki lyrics nai hai
