When it works, it's the best, simplest exchange with low fees
For users who got set up, it's the best and clearest trading experience around: a wide coin selection, reasonable fees, a handy Lite/Pro mode, and staking. Many prefer it over Coinbase precisely for its simplicity.
easy to use and understand. withdrawals and deposits are so simple. and very reasonable fees on trades.
this is the best exchange there is. I've I've been on them all and there is no better.
This is the by far the best and easiest trading experience I've had the pleasure of using.
The developer actually reads reviews and fixes bugs — users raise their rating
A chunk of users come back and bump their rating: the developer responds to criticism, fixes the ad-popup login bug, and restores account access. The return of US banking and Florida support are also welcomed.
Updating my Review of one star for fixing the bug not allowing me to access my account due to application errors through an ad at the beginning of logging in. Now 5 stars!
I've changed my rating from a 3, to a strong 4. The developer's effort, not only to be open to suggestions, but to read, and then also address my criticism, directly
I'm truly pleased that Binance.US is now available in Florida.
What users hate
Money flows in easily, getting it out is near-impossible
Deposits go through fine, but withdrawal triggers holds, a missing payout method, or a feature that's suddenly "coming soon." People wait months for their own money and feel robbed.
YOU CANNOT TRANSFER BACK INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. AND SUPPORT IS WORTHLESS.
They didn't have any issues taking my money. As soon as I needed to withdraw all sorts of problems arose. Feels like I got robbed.
good luck trying to get your money. I was able to buy crypto with bank account transfers for years but as soon as I try to get my money out, they keep it prisoner.
Support is a bot that talks in circles
There's no live human: tickets sit open for weeks, the "live chat" repeats the same scripts, and the promised escalation to the "internal team" loops you right back to tier 1. The issue is never fixed.
Not 1 human support. Been trying for weeks to set up an account. Tryed support but even the emails that are "live support" are bots that send the same message over and over
this app is awful. i have been "live" text chatting with support to help me sell my crypto and get off this platform for over an hour and i keep getting the same BS AI answers. over and over and over again. zero help :/
each time was promised my ticket was being escalated to the "internal team" only to get tier 1 help desk in a constant cycle of tier 1 people copy and pasting chat bot advice
Identity verification is an endless loop with no exit
KYC breaks for no reason: an ID flagged as the "wrong state," a license over 90 days old, biometrics you're forced to redo. People sit in "reviewing your information" for two weeks or more and never get in.
Never even let me get started. Just had the "we are reviewing your information" message up for weeks. All my info was accurate and never had this issue with another platform.
I uploaded a Texas license, only to get rejected and the app states, it was "Virginia issued."
I spent over two agonizing hours trying to get a simple identity verification resolved, and despite all that time, the issue is still completely unresolved.
Regional bans cut off access to assets you already own
The app works in your state one year and not the next — Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, Florida. Worst of all, when a state's status changes they hand your assets to the state, or force you to sell everything, with no warning.
They gave away all my funds to the state without notification, warning, or ackowledgement. I opened the account when I lived in NC, which is apparently an unsupported state currently.
They forced me to sell everything just because I live in the US. Many things not tradable elsewhere. Lost thousands just because of Binance.
Calls themselves BinanaceUS: doesn't support all of US. They don't support Texas: a state that I live in. Trash.
A seven-day hold on new funds defeats the point of crypto
New deposits get frozen for 7 days (or 48 hours) with no upfront warning. By the time the hold clears the price has moved and you can no longer buy what you came for — the instant settlement that makes crypto worthwhile is gone.
designed to scam new users, new funds are placed on a 7 day hold that the user is not informed about.
7 days until you can do anything with your funds... the whole reason crypto is viable is because it's an instant change. bank transfers are faster than that, and free.
I needed BNB to complete a trade on Uniswap but Binance blocks withdrawals of funds for 48 hours after making an account and now I will miss out on trading in the morning.
Predatory withdrawal fees eat a real chunk of your money
Withdrawal fees feel wildly out of proportion: $53 to move $300 of BTC, $40 to send, up to 35% on a basic transaction. Next to competitors charging cents, it reads as a rip-off.
Withdrawing only $300 worth of BTC incurs a fee of $53.00! Whereas on Coinbase they only charge $0.53 to withdraw $800 of BTC.
I just paid a 35% fee for basic withdrawal and they did not offer ANY other options to withdraw.
CHINESE SCAM DO NOT USE. NOT SAFE. WILL CHARGE 40$ JUST TO WITHDRAW BTC.
Logged out for no reason, then locked out for good
The app logs you out every few days; after a terms change or update the password stops being accepted, and codes never arrive by phone or email. None of the auth methods work and you lose access to your money.
cannot login since new terms of service, agree button does nothing.
I re-installed and tried to log in. NONE of the authentication methods work. I receive 0 codes via phone #, email or Google auth.
Between logging you out every few days, recently I get an 'internal error during init' nonsense.
A widget-ad update broke the app's entry screen
After an update a widget ad pops up on launch, and both the "Got it" button and the X close the whole app instead of the popup. Charts also went glitchy and collapse on their own after the update — they used to be a strength.
The new widget message makes it so you can't even open the app anymore 💀
There is a button that says, got it , click on the app,and there is also a little X to cancel. Click on it, and the app closes.
Alright, your last update has made the charts absolutely unusable. Fix it clowns...
No average price or total P&L — do the math yourself
There's no proper position tracking: average price isn't calculated, past losing trades skew your total profit, and to know your real gain or loss you have to recompute it by hand. A basic trading feature is just missing.
Who in the world will caluclate average price manually. I will buy bits and pieces do you want me to calculate Everytime.
You guys need way better PnL tracking in app. It would be very nice to be able to click on an asset and know what your average price is.
My biggest dislike is the way profit calculations work.
Refusing to list Pi Coin despite the vote enrages users
A whole wave of one-star reviews comes from the Pi Network community: a vote came back a clear "yes," people were made to deposit money to vote, yet the coin was never listed while useless memecoins keep getting added. It reads as manipulation and a broken promise.
THE FACT THAT YOU MADE PEOPLE DEPOSIT MONEY TO VOTE. THEN DECIDE TO FALL BACK ON YOUR WORD IS OUTRAGEOUS.
Trash app they dont have PI coin start a poll to list PI but don't list it.
wont list pi network.. 85 percent yes to list pi network 15 percent no and they still wont
Low liquidity and a thin coin list versus the global version
The US version is noticeably poorer: thin liquidity, none of the new hot coins the main Binance carries, and missing assets users actually want like Kaspa. It drives people off to Uphold, Kraken, and Coinbase.
Main problem with this app is that it's very low liquidity in 2025. Otherwise it's decent.
they do not sell the crypto I am trying to stack, Kaspa. It is unfortunate, they do not engage with Kaspa or its community in an appropriate way.
WHERE ARE ALL THE HOTNNEW COINS?! REGULAR BINANACE HAS THEM, WHY DON'T .US PLATFORM HAVE THEM?!
