When it works smoothly, local deposits and fiat conversion are impressively fast: naira lands in the bank within seconds of withdrawal, deposits are "lightning fast," and failed transfers occasionally auto-refund.
It was very easy for me to swap to Naira, and within seconds I received the fund in my naira bank account when I requested for withdrawal.

Funds get stuck in withdrawal for weeks and months
The most common pain: withdrawals and transfers hang in "pending/confirming" for days, weeks, even years, leaving funds effectively locked inside the app with no explanation.

You deposit your money but they will withhold your withdraw for more than one month
I tried to withdraw since July 31 2025 . and today it's November 15 2025 and it is still pending
KYC verification fails and locks you out of your own money
The app repeatedly rejects valid documents with no explanation and no way to re-upload, while already-verified accounts are suddenly asked to verify again — and access to funds is lost.
It's been more than 2 weeks that I am still waiting for blockchain to verify my identity it's totally insane and absurd.

Support replies with templates or stays silent
No phone, no human — just tickets and bots that reply with the same email on loop or vanish for weeks, leaving urgent money problems unresolved.
Customer support responds in a template letter, they are unable to respond in a meaningful way!
the support team of the app they don't reply it can take up to 20 day or:a month+ for them to reply on simple email and it's frustrating
worthless. Do not get this app. I have tried a dozen times to transfer cash to my bank. All the help I get is from a bot
An app update breaks login into an endless loop
After an update, login loops endlessly: the app keeps asking for the PIN or email confirmation, won't reach the wallet after 2FA, and reinstalling doesn't help.
App is unusable since the update yesterday, just goes into an endless login loop.
Can't login. Typing my correct pin code, but it redirects back to login with pin. still same issue 3y later...
on desktop it doesn't redirect to wallet after 2FA email, on Android it can never communicate with Server

Swaps and in-wallet transfers are painfully slow
Swaps, sends, and token exchanges drag on for hours, ERC20/Solana withdrawals hang, while rivals do the same near-instantly — assets get stuck mid-process.
Solana is near instant 99% of the time, on other platforms. This platform, 12 hours is fast if you're lucky enough for that. GO ELSEWHERE.

High, opaque fees eat into your money
Conversion, transfer, and swap fees feel predatory: inflated gas fees, percentages on USDC/USDT, high withdrawal minimums — the final amount often comes out at the "wrong price."
absolutely garbage. spits out wrong public addresses for seed input..confusing , shady , I would never use this garbage. also 10% on usdc, total scam!

Charges for conversion, charges for transfers and every other charges will leave you with minimal and heartbroken amount
Losing the 12-word seed phrase = irreversible loss of funds
There's no email-based recovery: forget the password and fail to save the 12 words (often without realizing how critical they are), and the wallet — and the money — is gone for good.
worst app ever I made the mistake of not writing down the 12 word verification because I didn't realise that I had activated it and because I don't have those 12 words I've lost $500!!!
If your password doesn't work you will be locked out by them forever.
I didn't remember my 12 phrase word and my password but I have my Gmail please what can I do to have access to my account back?
Accounts get disabled and locked with no reason and no email
Years-old accounts are suddenly disabled "for compliance reasons" with no notice, wallet access disappears, and even creating a new account doesn't help — the money stays trapped inside.

They have closed my account out of the blue I have cash in the account that I cant withdraw because it says my bank withdraws have been disabled!
Account could not be verified. I got banned. For 0 reason.
