Getting money out is nearly impossible — buying is easy, withdrawing is not
Deposits and purchases go through instantly, but the moment you try to withdraw, it turns into a stream of errors, locks and "reviews". People go months and years unable to pull money out of their own account.
Can't withdraw my money!! No matter how many times I try, it won't let me transfer my money to my bank account! I can buy as much coin as I want, but can't pull my money out!

Support is an AI loop — you can never reach a human
The chat answers with AI templates and won't connect you to a live agent, and tickets get closed without resolving anything. Users describe an endless run-around where real help simply doesn't exist.

Account lockouts and login-by-error — with money trapped inside
After an update or a simple phone change the app freezes on the login screen, spins forever or shows "unauthorized". Accounts get locked for days and weeks, and there's almost no one to unlock them manually.
I keep coming up error on login so I cant log in.

Spreads and fees eat your profit — you pay at every step
There's a fee to deposit, buy, exchange and withdraw, plus a huge spread between buy and sell price. Just to break even your asset has to rise noticeably; rivals like Coinbase or Binance are cheaper.
really dishonest, fee to put money on your account, fee to buy, fee to exchange, fee to withdraw. Basically to be able to make earnings, your stock has to go up 200%
Enormous provisions. Bought 300 and transferred to my Blockchain address. Got 248... It's a joke.
They have lots of hidden fees. Bad exchange rate for Visa card purchases which require foreign exchange. A 30 usd fee for withdrawing Bitcoin. And there is a huge spread
"Scam" and stolen funds — a frequent accusation against the platform
Many flatly call the service a scam: money supposedly vanishes from the account, balances melt away, and accounts with assets get closed without explanation. For this group, trust in the platform is completely gone.
Stole my money. I will report this. They lock you out and throw away the key. Rotten scam.

In my opinion this platform is a scam. I wasn't able to put money on the card, transfer money to my bank account or transfer crypto to an external wallet.
The passkey-verification glitch blocks crypto sends for years
Trying to send funds throws "Passkey Verification failed" over and over. Clearing cache, reinstalling and resetting keys does nothing; you can buy, but you can't send.
I am met over and over by the error message *Passkey Verification failed*. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have logged out and in. I have cleared cache and storage
This passkey verification glitch needs to be fixed. it has been going on for years now and it only resolves when it wants to.

The app is slow, freezes and crashes on launch
Black screens, endless loading, lag and crashes — especially when trying to make a transaction. Users say every update makes it worse, not better.

Horrible app.. Horrible interface, glitchy, and full of bugs.. and you'll only see those if the app will even open for you.
they keep on updating the app and say that they are making it better, but it was better 10 years ago.
Constant updates and intrusive push ads
The app demands an update almost every time you open it, then buries you in pop-ups and notifications about sports, missions and airdrops — even with those notifications turned off. It gets in the way and slows the service itself.
I have every notification turned off, except the ones for card activity, and it pushes stupid notifications about sports, the stock market, campaigns, air drops, etc everyday.
Multiple popup adds every time you log in. If I wanted ads, I'd watch YouTube.
this app needs updated every time you open it and now its asking me to log in plus the pin number
New-address holds and sky-high withdrawal minimums
A new send address gets frozen for a day, and the minimum withdrawal is so high that small balances are simply stuck. To leave the service some users have to forfeit their leftover funds.
I hate that you have to wait the whole day for an address.Sometimes you need to make some transactions.Immediately, and you gotta wait twenty four hours

Not a good idea if you invest small amounts. £70 minimum withdrawal from the account.
CRO/ETH staking and unstaking work erratically
You can't unstake CRO in the app — you need a browser — and ETH staking "activates" for weeks instead of the promised day. The CRO token itself has crashed and yields are far below what they used to be.
You can't unstake CRO on the app. You need to log onto a Web browser, that needs fixing.
It has now been five weeks and it's still "activating", contacted customer support and I'm now being told it will take 70 days to activate.
their CRO token tanked. I feel sorry for anyone who staked money in CRO in the begining, it's worthless now.
