Delivered to me while I was in the Hospital. Thank you! Needed something better than this bland food.
I'm not sure why so many people are giving this negative reviews. If you get a bad Dasher, that isn't the apps fault that's the Dashers fault. I just had surgery and had no way to go get groceries myself, so this app was so much help

you will eventually place an order for some sort of nice warm comfort food only for you to be double dashed with a pizza order that takes 30 minutes to prepare, so your nice comfort food arrives cold and awful.
absolutely trash. They over charge to the point of doubling prices. They allow drivers to rack up 4 orders at once so your food takes like 50 minutes to get to you and its cold af.
While they are great with resolving issues imo, their extra added fees as well as the upped price on the product simply because you're ordering it via app instead of going in person puts a damper on conveniency. Also when letting dashers pick up multiple orders is the possibility of someone's food being cold not considered?

even though you don't receive an item they won't refund you. i don't plan on coming back.
The ONLY reason I order from DD is our fav restaurant only uses you. The one time I had an issue? Ignored in customer support. Food left at the same branch next town over. AI offers $10 refund on $62.

Make it easier to report stolen, borrowed, rented or shared dasher accounts. it's against California law to have someone else deliver orders who's picture doesn't match within the app.

Took my money! Don't care about long time customers. Dashers take your food and you can't even get your money back.

garbage app I cancelled dash pass before the renewal date so I wouldn't be charged and they charged me anyway and forced me to pay for another year of dash pass I didn't want
Summer of Dashpass??? More like Summer of Garbagepass. All deals the past year have been truly pathetic. What exactly am I paying extra for?
the express option is clearly a scam. they just made regular delivery slower.
