Did a pre booking the previous day to drop off at Killarney bus station - pick up was 0750. The app stated that a driver was assigned - Geraldton and I will be contacted at 0740. However, when 0740 came, the app started to look for a driver instead. In the end, no drivers was found and the clock was ticking for my bus scheduled for 0830.
NOT Reliable. my pre booked taxi to airport at 4 am never showed up. last moment they said there are no drivers available. almost missed my flight.
We booked a ride 2 days ahead and they told us 2 minutes before they were supposed to pick us up that they couldn't find a driver. As a result, we missed our ferry.

I booked a taxi to Dublin airport, the app showed to 24-30€. The ride was smooth, no congestion etc. It took 10-15 minutes and the ultimate price was double i-e I was charged 44€.
they charged 72€ for a trip that should have been €55 as per the official price list in the taxi. that's a huge difference.

The basic charging fee when ordering a taxi is practically non existant. It will "search" for drivers for hours. But once you book priority and get charged an extra 4-5€ it will magically find one in seconds.
you can't even find a taxi unless you pay the high priority ones. really disappointed
I almost missed an appointment because 2 drivers in a row decided to accept the trip and cancel it after 5 minutes. A driver then couldn't be found and I was forced to book priority and pay extra for no reason whatsoever.

Customer service did not respond in 1 week
I filed an issue a week ago, and I still haven't received a reply. They promised a response within 24 hours, but it's been a week since I submitted it.
Tried talking to a human and only got a bot giving irrelevant answers. Doesn't even answer basic questions in relation to how Freenow will contact me about a case.
