I was a long time Just Eat user - almost daily, to be honest. Then you stopped showing user reviews on restaurants, inflating 2-star restaurants to show up as 5-star since you can't see what people are writing.
Sort out your ridiculous concept of hiding customer reviews from customers and my rating may go back up. One of the single most ludicrous ideas I've seen dreamt up in years.
Nobody in reality has a 5-star review. Just Eat manipulate their reviews to make money for people who pay them. Be very wary of trusting star-ratings!

Used Just Eat a few times now and they always get the order wrong or clumsy and spill food and drinks in the hallway during handover, photo evidence submitted but never refunded for anything
refuses to issue refunds when you show proof of the wrong food being delivered as you 'provided a code', you can't open the bag to check before giving the code due to it being sealed
received the 3 cheapest items from my order, the other 5 missing, refund denied, deleting this trash

delivery driver marked my order as delivered but I have not received it scam
very poor service from delivery deivers and customer service. ordered pizza, and on the app it said delivered, we had no knock at the door/ nothing arrived. driver had stolen our food and just eat refused a refund
delivery riders are not reliable. my order did not arrive but I received an email that I had received it. I did not receive a refund as they say they have received a notification that it was delivered.

Terrible customer service. Genuinely fully automated, feel free to research.
trying to contact anyone with an issue is just impossible and drivers constantly just don't deliver your order
if your order arrives after 2 hours, good luck to receive compensation. Not recommended app. Trying to contact them through their chat is impossible and keep giving the same reply, which only points to leave a review.
