great place for movies that are hard to find or out of print. many other great deals as well. Uranium glass also very reasonable and abundant.

This selling app SUCKS!!.. I've sold a few items successfully... however, there has been one time that this app hasn't paid me for a complete sell.. so I sold the item and after the buyer rated the order. The pay out $0.00 after paying my seller fee
Mercari does not make ANYTHING right when it comes to backing thr items you sell on their platform. If an item is lost in transit, they dont care.

The selling fees are HIGH. You get 10$ when I sell a 90$ item? Why do you get so much? Depop I sent like this. The shipping is way higher too.
I sell trading cards with free shipping in usps envelopes costing .73 cent shipping. Mercari allows people to auto bundle items together at checkout & changes the shipping rate to 4oz And the shipping costs to $4.90. I keep having to cancel sales. the latest 1 card seling for $2.49 and another for $4.49. I should have made about $5 after fees and shipping on these . mercari allowing customers to change the shipping I'm now making less than $1.
These selling fees keep increasing and sales have halted because of this. Y'all have gotten too greedy and for what? I'm done. I'm pulling stake and going to a no-fee platform.

This app is full of scammers and the mercari support team does nothing to combat this or even listen to complaints on counterfeits or people just sending the wrong items.
selling on the app is so hard. Always one buyer that buys something returns and removes everything from it. stole my CPU and PSU and mercari just gave them a refund. Don't sell on this app
When you receive authentic merchandise Mercari is a great avenue to find some outstanding deals. Even better, if you DO NOT receive authentic merchandise Mercari is quick to respond to get the return/refund process going

I've been hit by a listing visibility glitch for a MONTH AND A HALF NOW. It has killed traffic to all my items resulting in no sales. THIS THE 3RD TIME FOR ME. Customer service says they're working on a fix, that is a lie. This glitch has been a known issue for years now.
Unusable: Notifications and messaging are broken for the app and have been for atleast 3-6 months for me.
Rate update. I have not been able to access for weeks. I have contacted customer service at least a dozen times and just keep getting replies that say "we have to notify another department about this issue". I am a seller. ppl could be buying from my shop and I have no way to know or fulfill orders.
