The reward coupons are a huge help and benefit and because its the only food both my cats and dog prefer its easy to accumulate points. a win-win for all of us.
I am a cat colony Mom and have cats in my home. The Purina app saves me money so I can continue to feed them the best I can while on a budget.

They apparently don't accept a receipt from Amazon to earn points. I literally took a screenshot of my Amazon order I just placed with the correct item and uploaded it, and they rejected it
I had problems a while ago that the app kept recognizing receipts as duplicates, even though they weren't.
Chewy receipts fail every time I upload them, despite having ALL the info it asks for. I spend $250+ every month for prescription wet food

My points disappeared. the only reply I get from customer service us we will look into it. then they finally said I had such points which was a lie ut showed 0.
Removed stars because requested reward is not what I was sent. Despite emails and promises my requested coupon has been mailed I have not received it. Requested coupon for dog treats but received coupon for Pro Plan food
I signed up, let them know 2x that I never received my points. from December till now, still no sign up points!

Horribly developed app. Some things work, while others won't. The worst are any of the limited time campaigns that show up on the home page. Tap on them. Nothing happens.
"Score More CHALLENGE" & the offer to earn 50 points by taking a survey don't work.
Frustratingly broken "feature" after feature. Soccer scoreboard promo- won't credit a litter receipt submitted.

I would like this app more if there were more reward options to choose from as the selections are very limited as to what I can use. I buy the Purina pro plan food so the coupon rewards (which are paper) do me no good because no stores carry the pro plan.
Rewards are for products like Cat Chow/Fancy Feast. My cats eat prescription food, the new rewards are unusable.
they give you a 3 dollar coupon that's no good at Walmart because they have nothing in store that the coupon covers so you get nothing
