Great experience with Iphone. would not recommend for Android devices. This app is phenomenal at allowing you to control every minute detail of an apple device.
Hands down the best parental controls. Being able to control remotely is invaluable. It's an intuitive, no nonsense app with immediate communication from customer service if needed. Loyal subscriber since 2017.

You have to pair the child's device with a usb cord! If you have an android, you can only pair using a laptop! That sucks because the lie of android/IOS use is unavailable!
First off You have to have a computer to pair your child's device. Looks like we won't be giving this app a shot.
Installing on my child's ios phone was a nightmare for an experienced "techie" user. It would often not "unpause" for my child, even if she had time left.

I haven't even used the app yet and I was told that I would be notified when I get close to the end of my trial period. Well, that's a lie because that never happened they just charged my card almost $100
Canceled before a years worth of service and was automatically charged for the next year. Customer service refuses to give a refund.
App didn't work still after trial they charge me for the year rate even though i send several email explaining that the app ia not working and that i cancel the service.

Do not download this app. All it does is freeze on your device and it takes 10+ minutes to block the content on my child's device.
Can no longer grant time our block usage. The new app update broke these functions.

My child kept figuring out how to get it off his phone. I prevented uninstal and everything. So I guess I wasted $100
Although the app does everything it says it can do, kids still have a way to hack OurPact where it just reconfigures the app.
It works if your kid doesn't figure out how to override and disconnect it. It took all of a day for it to stop working for both of my children.
