Pushy quizzes and notifications are the top irritant
The stream of notifications begging you to take a quiz annoys even fans: there's no way to turn it off, it "begs" for attention, and users remind that the tracker should serve them, not the reverse. For some it was the reason they uninstalled.
please stop with the quiz BS. The app should be here for me to track my period, not me to entertain the app. Stop wasting my time with useless notifications.
It keeps begging me to answer quizzes even though she hasn't used it in two months. can't find a way to turn these off.
it is a good period tracker but we need the option of turning off quizzes. we don't want to do them and there are too many notifications about it
Ads and bugs, up to a fully unusable screen
For some users the app simply doesn't work: a grey film over the interface, drowning in ads, nothing clickable. Others spend months unable to figure out why the tracker won't function, and uninstall over unfiltered ads.
This app doesn't work. I try opening it multiple times and it's crowded in ads and a grey film screen that won't let me click anything at all.

Irregular cycles break the forecast — no manual override
With irregular or long cycles the prediction misses: the app rigidly assumes an "average day" and won't let you set the ovulation day by hand or log why a cycle shifted (medication, illness). Users ask to show "predicted" next to "actual" dates.

can you provide input for period disruptions due to medication or other causes so it explains the latest period.

Feature bloat and a forced pregnancy theme alienate part of the base
Long-time users notice new updates pile on the unnecessary and remove the useful, with no way to customize the home screen. Not everyone is trying to conceive, not everyone has a partner, and not everyone likes the wall-to-wall pink pastel "frou-frou" with animals.
newer updates have added unnecessary features while removing others that were actually useful. It should allow users to customize what appears on the home screen
Not everyone is trying to get pregnant. Not everyone has a partner or wants to share personal information with one.
I love how you can remove all of the pregnancy things if it make you unhappy like me.
Privacy worry over intimate data lingers in the background
Some adult users, while recommending the app to teens, still doubt the safety of its data sharing. For others it's a plus that this company isn't on the lists handing data to "The State" — but the worry itself shows how sensitive this is.
