For users for whom it actually worked, the quality of restoring old and low-res photos is loved — clean and without a 'fake' altered look.

Age-progression swaps in a stranger's face
The aging feature returns not the uploaded person but a picture resembling the app's own model, or an entirely random person — the face is completely different.
The Aging feature uses the company's model over the photos uploaded... for example, the finished products are strikingly similar to the app's model (almond shaped eyes with similar face shape), resulting in looking nothing like the photos uploaded. The person in the picture uploaded isn't even in the finished product. The face is completely different.
the video it produced didn't even use my photos! Used photos of a random AI girl that even had different colour hair and eyes!
I opted to try this solely for the aging feature and the app prepared a video of a totally different person.
Aging turns Black subjects white
Upload a Black child or yourself and the result comes back white, Indian or Asian; the model simply doesn't preserve race.
clearly only give white pics even after sending in pics of my AA son. wont use this again.
I am a African American man, yet the app keeps making me be white or Indian race.
We are black, and when I uploaded my daughter's pictures, it spat out a white little girl aging. why? I uploaded an African person. not inclusive at all..
Subscription charged without consent and nearly impossible to cancel
Money keeps going for a subscription users never signed up for or already cancelled; it's invisible in the Play Store, there's no cancel button in the app, and charges keep coming.
I keep being charged 9.99 for a subscription I don't have. seriously, I installed and opened the app and it says I don't have a subscription. I am now being stolen from weekly by their billing company, and no human ever responds.
makes it impossible to cancel the membership. keeps taking out $9.99 every week even after reaching out by email.
you wont be able to find the app on payment/subscription methods on play store and there's no cancel subscription on the app itself. I have to renew my master card again just because this rubbish app is deducting from my master card and there's no option to cancel.
The 'free trial' charges you instantly
The ad promises a 3-7 day free trial, but the full amount is taken the moment you tap it, before you ever get to try anything.

they offer a free trial and charge 9.99. Its an scam!!!

Endless ads, and you still can't save the photo
It promises a save after watching an ad, but after two to four clips it still asks for one more or an upgrade — the photo never actually saves.
you said watch your ad then I can save the photo I watch two ads three ads and then four and you said watch another add and I did and it still never let me save it scammers
You load a photo and then watch endless adds ,only to get a message that the add is loading and that you have to watch the adds before you can use the app, or buy an upgrade. No matter how many times you repeat this, you never get to the point where your photo is enhanced
what's the point of video ads if the images keep failing to load? for each ad, you have to watch two videos, twice I watched the video and wasted my time and data but the images still fail to load.
Nothing is testable without a card and a subscription
The app demands card details before the first edit; there's effectively no free function to judge the quality on.
I uninstalled the app immediately after discovering it requires payment information before allowing any testing. There are superior alternatives that offer genuine free trials without demanding card details upfront.
can't use it for anything without the stupid subscription, immediately deleted

Black screen instead of a result after upload
Pick a photo from the gallery and instead of an enhanced image you get a black screen; 'enhance photo' and 'remove object' break especially often.
many functions in this app no longer work, especially 'enhance photo' and 'remove object,. All I see is a black screen after selecting the photo from the gallery.
I went to enhance a photo and all I got was a black screen
absolutely terrible app. tried some basic stuff like colouring black and white pictures and removing background and the result is a black screen
Crashes and won't run on Android/Samsung/Xiaomi
The app force-closes on launch, shows only half the screen, or hangs on 'maintenance' for days — especially on Samsung and Xiaomi.
App doesn't open. I literally just downloaded this app and tried twice to open it and it force closes. The app worked fine on my iPhone but it isn't opening up on my new Samsung.
uninstalled the app, I only see the top half of my screen in the app. not functional at all.

Aging demands photos of several different people
To age one child the app asks for several photos of different, unrelated people you don't have, leaving users feeling their pictures will be sold off.
can't do as couple photo have to upload 4 of each individual which we don't have
When trying to use the aging function for my kid, the app wants you to upload pictures of multiple persons unrelated to what you want to do. So i guess my pictures of my kid will now be sold on the internet, thank you! :)
The app asked for five pictures of my son. It took like 5 minutes, which is not a problem, to generate the results.
Result is worse than the original, or no different at all
Even when something does generate, many say the photo came out worse, hands turned to a blurry mess, and the age difference never showed up.

relentless ads. doesn't fix older photos as well as it could. taking away hands into a blurry mess.

Refunds are promised on paper but denied in practice
Even without using the app, users can't get refunds: support claims it was 'used' or simply goes silent for months.
I was charged for a subscription after a trial period and immediately requested a refund without using the service. Despite their policy stating refunds are possible if the app hasn't been used, they denied my request by falsely claiming I had used it.
I have requested a refund since October 22, 2025 but suddenly until today there is no refund made, I didn't use the app, I just accidentally subscribed it because I thought it was free but they deducted P1,950 for a year
If you for some mistake forgot to unsubscribe, you cannot rufund your money back. They just dont want to do this.
