   Did not use the app, but was charged for weeks.. I subscribed to test out the app for 3 days and forgot about the subscription. I only used it once during the 3 day trial period and contacted them to ask them if I would be eligible for a refund since I didn’t not use their services. No response or anything. Terrible customer service. I guess that’s a lesson learned.

    Gives incorrect outdated information. Provides information that is wildly years out of date. Provides snotty remarks. Horrible app, there are far better and more accurate apps. If you’re paying to use this app, you really need to re-evaluate the information it puts out.

    Waste of money and time and confusing. The app generated photos when I first downloaded it. Less than ten minutes later all of the chats say they don’t have the ability to generate pictures…even though there’s a generate pictures tab. Like literally I’m so over it and genuinely confused and frustrated. I’m so glad I did the free trial instead of paying straight up out of pocket. Literally eh worst app out here in regards to ai bots or whatever. It’s ridiculous I’m definitely canceling my subscription and leaving this review right here. Might not do much but maybe it’ll prevent at least one person from getting scammed out of their money.

    Message Not Sent. It only generate one photo, one time and the rest keeps acting like it can’t load. It’s bad enough that the ai apps are too sensitive to generate specific photos regarding to costumes, every other app charges an arm and a leg for a subscription

    Scam and pricy. I thought i would pay for the plan , luckily i paid attention that the video creator is not part of the plan or i woulda just paid the money for something that i wont be able to use. Im uninstalling it for sure

    Terrible. This app is garbage. It consistently provides wildly inaccurate information (ie recommend the best local dentists in a specific area - comes back with people who don’t exist or aren’t in the state!). I also gave it a photo of myself and my daughters and asked it to update the photo with holiday themed background, and instructed to not change anything else. It replaced my family with people of another ethnicity. The whole thing is so wonky I’m shocked it has the reviews that it has.

    Tried to get a refund within 10 seconds of purchase. I tried to get a refund within 10 seconds of purchase because video creation wasn’t part of the plan I bought. I didn’t realize that when I made the purchase. I thought video was included. So I immediately requested a refund and explained why and I was denied twice.

    Really very bad experience. The ai seems not working. I ask them to do something and it ask me to wait 10mins, it is generating the result. After 30mins, i ask it hows is it, and it ask me to wait another 10mins and said it is still keep working. No any result comes out at the end. It is totally wasting my $ to sub and cannot be refunded even it is not funsionable. It is so unreasonable and really not recommend to use. So sad.

    Give fake info based on ‘’ assumptions’’. Continuously give wrong and fake info. If asked a question about a person eg. musician or similar . Gives a whole fake story on them if they can not find info on the person. When asked to show where it got that info , it then admits and apologizes and states … it could not find any info on the person but based its info on ….an assumption… or comparison to other artists in that genre... It assumed the fake history it b give. Absolutely not acceptable!!!! And so so misleading..

    Better and faster to do it manually. Do it yourself manually to save time. I wish I could upload the conversation to this review. I’m so annoyed, I don’t think I’ve ever left a review. Trash and it’s 6.99 or something a week. They should pay me for the waste of time. I go between whatever app on my phone. This app doesn’t have more knowledge than the next AI - chat app. This one is like a zygote in comparison to ChatGPT. If it were to work, it would have to hump your leg for 5 hours to give you a stupid response, one then has to search themselves. Horrible app canceling right now. Losers.

    Was a answers to a lot of questions compared to other AI assistant. I’m just not happy with her answers in their results. They’re not your funny side of them is not funny at all no humor content really and their facts are not always right.

    Scam that they require upgrade. I already paid for the Premium version so that I could have unlimited image generations. Problem is, each and every single image I generate has typographical errors and other issues. The solution? Presumably, they want you to buy the Pro “PLUS” version which is even more money than the Pro I already bought. I would do it, but I can’t trust it. It’s a scam.
