    Fix the new Memory settings. The new memory settings are worse than useless. Not having a specific “Remember recent chats” toggle has made my Chat GPT experience go down the drain. I don’t need my chats remembering random things from other chats that are completely unrelated, and trying to apply them to each other. Imagine someone who knows you like cars responding into your question about hiking by generating a section about which of your cars are best for hauling gear. It’s absurd.

    Bad for me, bad for env. I’m not one to use AI for every aspect of my life, but it can save some time with writing a bit of code. However, you are MUCH better off learning the principles and best practices yourself if you have any hope of consistency and reliability. Ask it to do something, and it’ll do it. Will it do it well? Probably not and you’ll have 20 versions of the same block that are either outdated, errored, or simply doing the wrong thing. Once, I was excited for OpenAi. Now, I know their product is just trying to get me addicted despite having to baby talk the bot into what I want, researching in depth the concepts it’s saying are “reliable” and hallucinating half the time. I have switched to Claude because it’s marginally more accurate and less hallucinatory, but at this point I’m just waiting for all of these companies to collapse on their debt and start charging consumers the same they’ve finally started charging enterprise users so we can all finally ditch the “AI is everything” complex
