   Where are the tires?. Ok. Either I am a complete idiot or the ap does not let you look for tires. Really weird because when I go to the website it is super easy but when I use the ap I could not figure it out??? Am I an idiot or anyone else having trouble figuring out how to view tire options and costs like you can on the website

   Terrible app. It never connects to my account, can never even save my preferred store. I always get error messages. Can’t update my info, can’t add service records. Nothing. Absolutely terrible.

   Useless for making appointments. I used the app to make an appointment for a tire rotation. It gave me a message saying I was all set and confirming the date and time. I went to the store and they had no record of the appointment. Next available appointment was in 5 days. I was told this has been an ongoing problem for a long time.

   Terrible app. The app doesn’t allow you to check your balance on your card or make a payment you have to go through the website. It’s a inconvenience. Why even have the app scheduling never shows offers I always have zero offers like I said it’s a terrible app.

    Afraid to use this app anymore. I tried using this app on my iPhone for the first time in a long time and I got one of those scam warnings telling me that my phone had been hijacked so I immediately deleted it.

    Makes no sense. I will be deleting the tire plus app! What’s the purpose of having it when 99.99% of the time it’s down and does not work. Looks like I will be going the old school way. Wish I could put zero stars.

    Appointment function is worthless. I’d rate this a zero if I could. It allows you to make an appointments that don’t exist. Then you bring your car in and they can’t work on it because they are booked. Advice to developers: If you are booked for those times, don’t allow me to make the appointment. This app is garbage and add the work quality from Tires Plus on top of it, it all adds up to me no longer using them. It’s way too diff to work with them.

    A real thoughtless app taking space.. 28 Sep 2023 This app is an absolute waste of time. All it does is present you with one stinking ad after another. It DOES NOT provide you with a link to payments or even to CFNA.Com. The appointment scheduler doesn’t always work because I have scheduled an appointment for Hinton Tires Plus in Tulsa, gotten there for the appointment, and found that they have no record of the appointment. Bridgestone needs to get out of the app business until they can properly execute the overall lifecycle of an app. That means gathering requirements, formulating use cases, designing the app, programming the app, and most of all, in-house as well as external client testing against the requirements and use cases. If you want to just be another unintelligent merchandise app, then disclose that in the description. I find the app to have a ROI of $0.00. Back to the drawing boards boys. Meanwhile I am deleting the app from my iPhone and iPads and recommending to everyone that they not download or use the app even if it is free.

    Disappointed. I got an oil change right before I left for Indiana and that’s a 2000 mile round trip. After I got back to my state and had about 300-400 miles to go, my oil light started flashing “ change oil” . My fiancé had told me there was oil in the garage and to watch out for leaks. I went by myself. So it was leaking a tiny bit but I didn’t worry, no worries, no flashing lights had shown up. Until Florida. So I sure didn’t want to burn my engine up or get stranded so it was a Sunday and it was 4pm. I had to go and get an oil change. That was another $100 or more. They said my oil was way over and dark, so I got one from Take 5 oil change. NOW I CANT GET REFUNDED AND I BOUGHT TIRES ON CREDIT FROM THEM. I just can’t EVER catch the boss in so I can’t get anything done. Sad I had to pay twice. My tires seem great but WONT EVER GET ANY ENGINE WORK DONE THERE OF ANY KIND

    Great place, great service, just don’t use the app.. The app does not show correct available appointment times, it does not show correct tire prices, and it does not submit any of the tire information as you have entered it. Luckily Cory at Tires Plus in Shalimar, FL is incredibly knowledgeable and an experienced communicator. Thank you Cory for fixing everything that the app did incorrectly. I will be sure to call the store in the future.

    Changed mind. Seen the commercial got my phone to get the app.But reading several reviews(10) to many having the same issue’s no need to ADD issues I don’t need

    The customer isn’t right! Again !!. My wife made an appointment to get two new tires and a alignment on her vehicle. Upon arrival and greeted by the counter staff was told her appointment was for the following day. Which is incorrect, and she disputed that and continued to discuss what she is requesting to be addressed. When she went to pick up her vehicle she asked the counter staff if the alignment was done and couldn’t verify that it was completed. She did get a print out of the alignment that is illegible , the courtesy check list but he could not produce a receipt for the purchase of the tires when asked . Makes me wonder if this place is over charging customers for services not rendered.

    Terrible design. Zero people want an intro video or whatever that was. Then you try to turn on notifications. I say "no". Then you ask through iOS anyways, I say no again. Then you say "Hey you can turn our spam on in settings"... Smh. No means no. And on top of that, YOU DON'T ALLOW PASSWORD MANAGERS? What is your problem? I'm asking this seriously, this is not rhetorical.
