   Update. Okay so basically I used to really like this app and it was super easy to search up the products I wanted to add and just click "add to wishlist," but now there has just been a new update, and I have to go to a web browser, search up what I want, share it to Sortd, and then I can just click which wishlist I want. I know a few other people who also complain about this being too long of a process, please fix it back. Thank you!

   It’s not the best anymore. It used to be an amazing app that helped me get ride of all my screenshots but when it updated in April of 2026, instead of letting me search stuff up from the web an then just click a button and it added whatever I wanted to my list in the app, now with the terrible update you can only add things that other people have in their lists and you can’t search up your own stuff you wanna add only what others have on lists which sucks

   Keeps crashing. Haven’t even been able to add anything yet because it keeps crashing. Gave it another shot after exiting app and it still does the same.

   Keeps Crashing. I went to add my first item to my wish list and the app crashed. I thought it was just a small error so I reopened the app and tried to add my first wishlist item and it crashed again. Then it crashed again and AGAIN!!

    17+ update is ruining the lives of early teens using this app. I used to love this app but with the newest update I hate it. The app is know for 17+ which suck for all the early teens using the app. What is there that is 17+ content? I gave good feedback to them and even at first rated them 5 stars but.. then… They lost there status BECAUSE GUESS WHAT All the hours of shoping i did to create a wish list FOR NOTHING. I hope that they change it back sooon because this was the worst desision ever made for there app and will end up with them falling as a app. After all this they still have the ADASITY to have there ads popping up every ware. I don’t mean to sound mad but I am kind of. Pls fix it

    Shows Wrong Item, Laggy. If you select a certain color or details for a product on the website and then add it to your list on Sortd, it shows the wrong color/size. If you click on the link it also takes you to the wrong color/size of an item, so the person buying it isn’t even getting the right thing! Not to mention it is incredibly slow if you don’t use the in-app browser for everything. Exporting items onto your wishlist is way too slow, it takes forever to make a list if you’re not doing it in app. Half of the time the link to buy an item out of the app doesn’t even work.

    Pointless. I downloaded this to keep an eye on a high priced item across several platforms and not once did I get a notice during any changes. In fact the prices they had for each website would just not update. I’d check it every day but had to click on the actual site to see what the price is. And so what’s the point? I just google every morning what I’m looking for and hit shopping and it gives me the prices. If Sortd isn’t going to keep up to date with the prices and also not notify me, why am I even using it?

    Glitchy!!. All my wishlists are now inaccessible. This is pretty inconvenient around the holiday season. Would love to know if there is a workaround so I can view my wishlists.

    Short Lived - Terrible Product. I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, and within the last couple of days the app is completely offline. It doesn’t show my wishlist, it doesn’t work on or off wifi, I can’t even open the link to my wishlist, and neither can the people I sent it to. I’m not having issues with any other app or my wifi. Really disappointed and will be deleting immediately.

    Super glitchy, don't waste your time. I spent a lot of time to create my wishlists using this app. When I tried to open it a week later, the app shows multiple errors and I can't open a single wish list I created. Moving everything to another app. What a waste of time

    Really great concept but bugs make it virtually useless. I love the idea for this app and I hope the bugs are fixed soon. The app crashes at least twice a week where I cannot access any of my saved items, and when I do try to save something, the screen freezes. It’s basically useless and it makes me really sad because it’s such a great concept and idea for keeping things organized and tracking prices on items you want to buy.

    Wishlists will no longer load. This app was great until I recently tried to open it. Wishlists categories show how many items I have saved, but I can’t open the lists. A constant error says it cannot load. Nothing is accessible, even tried re-adding the app to my phone. Not sure if I’ll be able to access my saved items now.

    What happened???. I was in love with this app until the most recent update where now everything is lagging and I can’t open ANYTHING anymore—not even the safari search option, the lists, viewing promotions—the app is kind of unusable now. A shame because I was obsessed and using it everyday, but now I can’t even access my lists!! What happened??

    Lag!!!!. Honestly the app concept is amazing but from a user standpoint it’s very slow and laggy. every time i open the app it closes by itself. i have an iphone 15 pro max with no issues, yet everytime i open the app it just gives me issues. the little time i am able to use it is good. when it comes to adding links to my list, it can also get laggy and slow. i’ve tried using the website but it’s slow there too. i hope they can fix it !

    0/10. After a bit, it deletes your whole wishlist. I'm super disappointed; now I have to find all the products again. Also, saving items to the lists is super annoying, as it sometimes glitches.
