   The new ads ruined it. I used to love this app and use it all day every day but now it’s got these new ads with sound that interrupt your background videos - so you have to stop what you are doing and go restart your video then when you get back to the note pad again it does it again!!! And constantly!! repeatedly! I could see if I have closed the app, and then re-opened it, I could deal with that, but I’m writing notes to a teaching on a video and this is freaking maddening that it keeps stopping my video! I have to go find a different note pad. This will not work for me like this. I will check back one day and see if it’s back to normal so I can use it again because I really loved it until this started. I don’t mind ads - but ads with sound is way too much to deal with when you are literally trying to take notes…on a notepad. That’s what it’s for. 🙈😩😭

   Can’t remember my password. Game is great. I use this app for bios on my ocs, but, I have secret AI Stories I wanna put on here, and I don’t remember the password. I feel like you don’t need a password to change the password, but that’s just my opinion.

    Does not work in landscape mode. Landscape is essential for me. It's a shame that after 6 or 7 years that the iPad has been available that developers cannot use the tools that Apple builds into its interface and allow apps to work in both orientations.

    Great Until Latest Update. I love this app and have used it for years. But with the May 8 update, it no longer opens - I tap it, *might* get to see my list of folders briefly, and then it kicks me out completely. Please fix!!!!

    Love it buuuut…. Ads… it’s for note taking, why would you put annoying ads in a note app that’s makes zero sense and is very aggravating when you’re going through very organized notes.

    Best notes? Howzzat?. Yup. It says iPhone and iPad, so why isn’t it optimized for iPad? I opened Simple Notepad- BestNotes … and there it was, turned on its side, and I closed it up. It would have to be a phenomenol app to get me to turn my iPad on its side in order to read but there are so many well designed apps that fill the same niche that I won’t put up with the irritation. I don’t know why any developer insists on this limitation. It can’t be that hard to make it work- really work- for iPad users. So, I’m off to delete it without ever finding out if it’s something useful for me. Pity, isn’t it?

    Need a paid ad-free version. This does exactly what I need, but the ads get in the way of my workflow and there isn’t a way to purchase an ad-free version, as far as I can tell. Two stars for the simplicity and ability to create a hierarchy of folders.

    Instructions and Orientation. The app seems OK. I like the folders / color options. I use a keyboard and would like to change the screen orientation. Instructions would also be nice.

    Love it, hate it. I would give this app a 5 star if it didn’t have ads. The ads start at the most inconvenient time and you have to wait on them to finish. When I need my notes, I can’t afford to wait on the advertisements to finish. Also, this app does not allow me to purchase an ad-free version of it. When it allows me to upgrade to an ad-free version, I will gladly give it 5 stars. Until then, here’s to hoping I will get an ad-free version soon. March 22, 2020

    Why can't it register accounts?. Good app with the folder feature! But it can't back up notes or have an account to login. If your phone was lost or broken, you may lose all your notes.

    Did love this app until today. I’ve been using this app for awhile now. Love all the folders options and color coronating is great. But today it won’t open at all ugh. I have meal planner folder, work folder, information folders. I need this app to open. Also the only thing it could use is a print option and to OPEN WHEN I NEED IT TO OPEN. UGH

    They aren’t wrong!. This is the best note app. It is exactly what I’ve been looking for. Cute! Simple! Organized! I only have one complaint. I’d like the option to buy it ads free.

    Plz add. I love the app because it has themes but there should be more... When it comes to my notes and written things, im fairy organized, this app is one of the few apps that lets you have folders within folders which im in love with. Though... one BIG problem I have is not being able to transfer the notes. This app doesnt have accounts so if you damage the device you’re working with, it wont work. It doesnt have the ability to work on a note page on two devices, which is crucial for me... all in all... its a nice app but I probably wont keep it because It doesnt have the required things I need
