   Severe performance issues and overheating. The app freezes while writing, the pen stops working, and I have to force close it. It really needs optimization because moving around the page is extremely laggy, and it makes the device overheat like crazy 🫠. The app crashes constantly... there are so many bugs, and it's very frustrating.

   backup. customer service was no help retrieving backup! I liked it better when the backup was in the app not clogging up your email that wouldnt reload in the app the way it was supposed to!

    ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️PLEASE CHANGE THE AGE LIMIT!. I love this app but our school district is restricting it because the age limit is above 14 years old. There’s no reason for a note app to be restricted for age limit. It’s just a note app. Please lower the age limit below 14!!!

    New update ruined it. Guys I don’t know really if you want to get people forced to subscribe in AI features or not, but don’t affect app experience for it, recording now when I turn it on there is a large window much more than before because you want me to summarize the record, It’s ok if you want me to subscribe but don’t do that man, I can’t see the notebook nor type because of that, also before, I was able to export the audio to voice memos so that it doesn’t bother me if I want to type freely, now I can’t, honestly it was the best note taking app I ever used, now it is just annoying

    Loved but disappointed. I was so obsessed with this app and was using it for weeks before it started deleting everything I would write but keeping everything I typed when I cleared one page, it would clear them all. This happened to me on multiple occasions and I got sick of it.

    Request to Improve Highlighter Feature. Hi, I really like using your app, but I have a suggestion regarding the highlighter tool. Right now, when I highlight text, the text underneath becomes hard to read. I’d really appreciate it if you could adjust the highlighter to be more transparent—similar to the one in the Noteful app—so that the text underneath remains clearly visible. Thanks for your great work!

    Where is the tools section?. Haven’t used it since the tools links page is gone? Please help!!! That was the best feature but the whole fourth section in the side tab is missing from a while. Developers, get it back please.

    Unable to save my files on iCloud. Tried a lot to save the files on iCloud, but still am unable to do so. The files are saved locally. Even on creating the folders and subfolders by clicking on iCloud, I cannot view them in my Files app.

    ما أعجبني. التطبيق مو حلو كثير… مثلا في collanote كنت اقدر احدد الكلام بقلم ويترجمه لي مباشرة الحين أنا احتاج بنفسي ادخل المترجم واترجمه واكتب الكلام يدويا وانا ما عندي رفاهية الوقت اسوي هذا البروسس كله! وبعد، يعلق علي كثير وتطير النوتات مني وإلا كتبته بعد! شي يقهر خصيصا إذا علق وانا اسجل ملاحظات مهمة مع الدكتور ما أظن راح أكمل استخدمه إذا يعلق اكثر من كذا وما سووا نفس تطبيق collanote لأنه أريح في الاستخدام من ذا

    This is a terrible app. It is sooooooo confusing and I can barely figure out how to do things. It is just so terrible and confusing. It definitely should not be four years and older. There is no way a four year-old can figure out this.

    Everything’s gone.. I don’t know what happened, but I opened up my app and my notes were offloaded, then after I redownloaded them I can’t open them, then they deleted themselves. First few weeks of this semesters notes just gone. I was just sitting down to study for a test and now all of my material is gone. I couldn’t be more upset, this app was so good at the beginning.

    Totally unusable. A total mess. While I love the pencil options and paper templates, this app is just not usable. The bugs when trying to toggle back and forth from full screen to regular are so glitchy and my app kept closing. I couldn’t escape full screen for so long. Also there’s no way to keep multiple SEPARATE notes. For instance, I wrote out an intermittent fasting schedule last week, then needed to write notes on another topic yesterday and realized I deleted my notes from my fasting schedule because it overwrites. There are no separate notebooks where you can organize your notes—you will have one long notes document of everything which is impossible to sort through when you build up lots of notes like most role would. For this reason the app is totally unusable to me.

    I cant write.. I have looked for so many note apps and I thought this was the one, but when I downloaded it, it says that there is a 30 day free trial. Then when i tried to write it won’t let me. I’ve tried everything I can’t write and I don’t know why, when I try to write it just moves the screen.

    Mid. I mean this app works for note taking but the more pages I wrote, the slower the app would work and it would constantly kick me out of the app. When I go back, half of the notes I wrote disappear and I have to write it again. Also it drains my battery immensely and overheats my iPad.
