   Rating? Misleading!. In spite of the title when you buy the $99.00 plan called “Easily Call Recorder”, it actually doesn’t record call. Aside from that, the app doesn’t recognize my subscription even though “Subscriptions” says it’s active. On top of that no customer service.

   Scam. Cancel my subscription and it’s still trying to charge me for something I’m not using haven’t used. Haven’t even gotten to that week of usage for them to try and even charge me now it’s a pending purchase that I can’t get rid of

   Terrible. Paid $40 for the Pro version in order to get the most out of the app. Had a 1-1/2 hour meeting and the app only recorded 57 seconds of the meeting. Useless. Now I have to go back and remember what was talked about, motions made, seconded, and approved. Extra work.

    Poor quality and the “free” trial is not free. First, Downloaded to check quality in turning audio recordings into mp4 or another format. Audio quality is terrible and grainy. Found a better solution for free online. Second, cancelled subscription 2 days before the free trial was done. Clearly saw the subscription was expired. Then was charged a whole week and don’t even have access for it as it still shows up as expired. This company and product is selling a poor product at a premium price and apparently it doesn’t matter whether you cancel your subscription or not.

    Isolated vocals all sound robotic. Every voice that was isolated was robotic

    Doesn’t work. The increase volume works but the noise removal just errors out and you can save the file to your device… that errors out too. Worthless.

    Disappointing.. I opened the app really hopeful from all of the reviews, but when I got through the instructions on how to use the app, it kept trying to sell me the pro version where you pay yearly and it kept popping up and at one point, I tried to swipe it out again, and it wouldn’t work and it was just stuck on that page until I physically had to delete the app. 1 star, would not recommend.

    Disappointed. First off, it showed 3 days free, then made me subscribe and charged me $15 immediately… next, when I convert the audio file I wanted and get it saved to files, the audio sounds awful. I’m going to do everything I can to get my money back on this… what a waste of time and money. Thanks for nothing.

    Wish I could give it a rating of zero stars!. I was recording a concert given by my granddaughter. The screen showed that the app was still recording, but in actuality it stopped recording after about six minutes. There is no excuse for this. Had plenty of space to handle the data and the app says that you can record things of an unlimited length.

    scam. scam scam scam. supposedly had a 3-day free trial then $9.99 per week, but was charged $18.99 upon signing. then couldn’t upload the files from voice memos for transcriptions. now someone is going to have my $18.99 for literally nothing and there’s nothing I can do about it

    No Refund. Don’t sign up for the free trial. If you cancel before the trial is over you will be charged the full amount and Apple will refuse a refund.

    cant even use it without paying. you cant access the app without paying for the subscription, whenever you enter the app the subscription thingie pops up, theres no option to exit out of it. i suggest if you make an app, at least let us use it.
