   HORRIBLE!. Zero help from support. App will not send offers. Does not share listings. This is what I get for going for something cheaper. Instant regret and I can’t even get a refund.

   Not sharing all items and fails to re list. Not sure as to what’s going on with this app but for the past few weeks I’ve noticed that it will not share all of my inventory that I’ve selected for it to share. After the sharing session ends , I will see items that were selected to be shared at the bottom , or not in order of what I had selected. Plus , I noticed about three minutes ago that it fails to re list inventory. I was only able to re list about three items before it tells me “error , try again later”. I see it has been three months since this app was last updated , and if things aren’t fixed soon , I might just have to cancel my subscription. 😭

   Not at all pleased. I used to use this app a long time ago and I just recently signed up and now it doesn’t share my closet no matter what I try and every time I share my community shares I instantly get put into Poshmark jail. I have reached out to the app and had no response would not recommend. THE ENTIRE POINT OF PAYING FOR THIS WAS TO SHARE MY CLOSET AND IT IS NOT DOING IT. 👎

   Has potential, but missed the mark. Don’t waste your money.. The app would be decent. But literally ZERO tasks will perform unless you stay on the screen. Immediate cancel subscription & uninstall! Absolute garbage. I’d rather pay more and not have to babysit my phone while it works. If I wanted to sit and watch the app, I would just perform the tasks myself and not risk getting banned or thrown in posh jail. Waste of money!

   Poshmark doesn’t allow so it stops working while you’re still paying. Poshmark has blocked their IP so they can no longer operate as advertised- or at all. No refund issued. Refuses to update their app and explain what has taken place. This app WAS sub par/good for advertising/sharing. I could walk away and do nothing but my closet/store” was still being shared. It no longer functions.

   Closet missing. I put a help ticket in via email and I guess that’s not good enough so here I am writing a review. My closet is missing and I need a refund since you can’t respond on help items. I deleted the app and reinstalled stating the same my closet is missing. 0 stars! No help at all!

   Error messages. Error messages pop up almost every time I try to Drop prices, relist or do pretty much anything I’m paying this service for. It’s been quite frustrating

    CANCEL!!!. While this seems to be a sufficient tool to share your Poshmark closet I cannot recommend that you use it. I have been trying for the past year to cancel this service and they continue to charge my credit card. I contacted FAT STUDIOS many times with a request to cancel and I never received a response from them. They just keep charging me. I cancelled my credit card and was issued a new one. Only their system allows them to automatically update any new information to their system so it doesn’t interrupt payment!! I tried with PayPal to get it straightened out but they denied me claiming that I was receiving the service. I then canceled PayPal. They are a nightmare!!

    NO.. I think this app has completely changed. I took a break for a month and came back 2 weeks ago. It’s not sharing anything anymore, I don’t understand.

    Garbage. Their costumer service is the worst very minimum effort to help. I’ve been trying to contact them for two days going back-and-forth telling them that the app is not working and all they keep asking me to do is go around in circles rather than check their app to see if there’s something wrong which clearly there is because I keep sending them emails telling them that this is not the issue. I’ve already exhausted everything on my end to fix my issue on my side and nothing is working such a complete waste of money. Either way my sales have gone down and less buyer interaction which probably means this app is completely useless compared to others I have used. I tested another app and I was much more successful with that one then with this one and now I’m even more discouraged because of their customer service so I will be switching and I hope I get a refund for wasting my time.

    Completely stop working. I have used this for 4 years and now all of a sudden it stops working . Log in on multi device to see if it's the phone or the app and the app keeps attempting to log in and nothing happens . And I'm a paid subscripter . Now I'm out for the month bc I get charged in the beginning and now going for the entire month without use until I cancel . I will attempt to get a refund with apple but don't try to download after 9/4/25

    Sharing closet. Having to keep the app running in order for it to share your closet takes away from time you could spend listing new items. Would be a great app if it shared things in the background.

    No longer functioning. App was really great and helpful. I was a paying member. All of a sudden, the share tool stopped working (said it was working but closet was NOT sharing). Then, it no longer allowed sharing in the background. Completely useless & a waste of money now.

    The app was great until it wasn’t. This app worked great for my small closet (just over 100 pieces) but over the last couple of days it has been re-listing and sharing items I didn’t request. I lowered the price of a pair of shoes and shorts for the week before I was going to re-list it (just to see if it might sell at the lower price) and I planned to increase the price up and re-list on day 61. I lowered them to the lowest I wanted for them and when I went to the ClosetMate app on day 61 to re-list and increase the price ClosetMate had already re-listed them both one day 60 without my permission! Now with Poshmarks new excessive deleting rules, I can’t deleted those items and I have to just keep them at the size price for 60 or risk getting my account suspended. Plus I have turned off the sharing option and signed out of the app but it is still sharing excessively, to the point that Poshmark says I met my share max by the afternoon. I don’t know exactly how long this has been happening since I typically only go on every couple of days to re-list items and normally just have the smart share running in the background. I tried canceling it so it would stop sharing but I just renewed it a few days ago so it says it won’t stop for 25 days and by then I may get kicked off the app because they can probably tell that I am using a bot with how quickly the closet shares are happening. Because of this issue and the fact that it is not easy to update or get in touch with IT I can no longer recommend this app

    False advertising.. You pay to become a “power user” which means the app will share in the background. Yet if you want to share items from the community, you have to keep the app open. Scam.

    Stopped Sharing. One week into purchase and stopped sharing. It is now two days without sharing with my paid subscription. Keeps giving me a share error.

    Doesn’t do what it says. You can set a time to send offers after a buyer likes something. That doesn’t work. It seems to send the offers whenever it feels like it. I also have to constantly check it because it randomly stops sharing. So I have to stop and restart it to get it back going. Not ideal.

    Not superior than the rest. User interface seems rather outdated. App errors free several days of “waiting and trying again” wish there was a free trial so I didn’t waste money on this app. Refund?

    Slow/waste of time/out of order. It took 27-28 minutes to share 97 items. If I do it manually, it takes me maybe 3-4 minutes. You have to leave the app open or it restarts the timer to share. It shared your items out of order. Such a waste!!!

    Not what I was wanting. You must have the app open in order for shares to happen. I was under the impression by reading through things that you could be using your device while shares were happening. I had it for about 15 minutes and now have to pay $9.99.
