   Réclamation – Commande non reçue et absence de réponse du service client. Je vous contacte pour vous faire part de mon vif mécontentement concernant ma commande passée le 1er mai 2026. À ce jour, cette commande ne m'a toujours pas été livrée. Malgré plusieurs messages de suivi envoyés à votre service client pour obtenir des informations sur l'état de cet envoi, je n'ai reçu aucune réponse de votre part. Ce silence et ce manque de professionnalisme sont inacceptables. Je vous demande donc de bien vouloir effectuer une recherche immédiate sur le statut de mon colis et de me tenir informé(e) dans les plus brefs délais, soit pour procéder à une livraison rapide, soit pour effectuer un remboursement intégral. Dans l'attente d'une réponse rapide et concrète de votre part, je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes salutations distinguées.

   Scam. This app is a scam I bought 1 jacket for 66.66$ and they charged me 3 times . I’m asking them to refund me the 133.32$ that they took from me and no one is responding no one is contacting me this is fraud and very frustrating. I will not recommend this app at all .

   Sketchy business practices. I bought a hat, I never got it, I reached out, they quickly refunded my money, I wanted the hat. When I tried purchasing the hat again it had gone UP in price!!! Then I received an email from them apologizing for the recent refund so they gave me a voucher, but to use the voucher I had to spend a minimum amount of money, which was double what I had initially spent. Seems like they were just trying to get more money out of me.

   Servicii proaste rău de tot. Am comandat o curea bej cu roșu măsura 105 și mi-a venit după o săptămâna o curea albastru cu alb. In aceeași săptămâna am comandat încă o data cureaua bej cu rosu măsura 95 ca doar asta mai era pe stoc, și ghiciți ce? Tot cureaua albastru cu alb mi-a venit. Penibil. Nu mai cumpăr cât voi trai de la aceasta companie.

   Complete scam. They put advertising on social media with name brands that, when you download the app and look for these items, they don’t have them. They don’t even don’t have the item, they don’t have the brand at all. Terrible

   If you are in the EU DO NOT USE!. They will lose your package but say it was delivered (happened twice) and since ots shipped from outside the EU, youll have to pay taxes on it anyway.

    Scammers…. This is fake an they are scammers. Delete the app asap. They took my money and is trying to hack my iPhone, face recognition and info. The phone number and email is bogus. If you ordered, change card ,email, passcode, etc.

    Far from web experience. The mobile application is still in its early stages compared to the native web application. Images on iPad are scaled up and appear blurry.

    Poor customer service. Bought and paid for product only to be told 4 days later that it’s out of stock, received email saying it’s shipped and then when asking customer service to clarify they have no answer!!!! So frustrating
