Bobbi; my dog sitter kept me informed every few hours with photos and videos. I felt like I had no worry and that is usually 100% opposite of me!
Nicole is my cat whisperer! Such good care of my senior cat and so knowledgeable.
Great for finding a local pet sitter. Great communication, providing check in and out notifications and photos of your pet being cared for, for peace of mind.

Rover Cards глючат и лишают оплаты
Карточка прогулки зависает на полпути, камера отключается — а без фото выгул не засчитывается. Трекер продолжает запись после окончания задания.
This rover card will often glitch out, you can get back in HOWEVER the camera no longer works and you can no longer upload photos. You NEED photos to get paid.
Walks will glitch out and delete entire records, the tracker will keep going after the walk is finished still recording anywhere I go, it won't let me send photos to support, I've had several occasions where I start the walk and it glitches half way through and restarts so 15+ minutes of work are out the window.
6/8/25 good god, can this app work for 1 day right..can't scroll down to take care of my clients in the managed weekly care section. Constant server issues where I can't shut down the rover card

decent app but they're greedy as anything, charge you a crazy amount just to signup. then when you do get a booking they're taking huge cuts each time (15 percent).
They increased the percentage they remove from the sitters posted asking price! Mine had been 15%. Now they are taking 20%. Rover charges a hefty booking fee as well that goes straight to them.

A sitter gave a fake address, left my puppy locked in a cage in its waste, and extorted me for a $200 off-platform fee. When I called Rover for emergency help, their agent told me to pay the extortion via the app's 'tip' feature!
the app itself is fine and easy to use, however if you have any kind of issue with a dog or a person dont rely on support for any kind of help they are next to useless and sit behind a wall of text
I randomly stopped showing up in search results for whatever reason. I think after one of the updates. Broken software. The couldn't careless about sitters.

Horrible. Following the Cat in a Flat buy out it's pretty impossible finding cat sitters in amongst all the people offering dog services. Rover haven't even bothered to apply a filter.
