Sizing and fit hit more often than you'd expect
A pleasant surprise for skeptics: sizes mostly run true (if you check the measurements), items fit well, and the plus-size range delights people who usually have nothing to choose from.
They are beautiful exactly what I wanted and look great on size was perfect too. I'm a size 18 and X X Lwas perfect.
The sizes are pretty accurate and the quality is also very good. Lots of choice and great value for money.
it's nice to find plus size clothes that are beautiful and not just a piece of fabric that has no style no beauty.

The cart price isn't the price you were shown
The single loudest complaint: the price on the listing is one thing, but it climbs by checkout — after coupons, shipping, import fees and 'shipping guarantee' the total won't match your own math, and people read it as a scam.
The more you add items ,the more prices go up and up. The amount on the checkout after all discounts, shipping fee , import fee , shipping guarantee and retail price doesn't match at all if you redo your own calculations.
imagine seeing a pam slippers for 5k and i added it to the chart the next thing am seeing is 20k
The prices are never what they show u at first. When u get to your cart the price is always higher than what ut us in the advertisement.
The item doesn't match the photo
A huge cluster of letdowns: the colour, length, cut and the item itself arrive different from the pretty listing photo — sometimes it's a different product entirely, and returns aren't always possible.

false advertising! The main image shown on all listings has little to no resemblence with item being sold!
The colour in the picture is different from the item that has been delivered. I am returning the item back.
Quality is a lottery: treasure or trash
The fabric is often paper-thin 'like underwear', items are cheaply made, gadgets die in days — and you can't tell in advance whether you'll get a gem or a dud.
The quality and texture of the material is disappointing. The material is just too light like an underwear. I can't wear it out.
products are so cheaply made. the egg slicer is bent and not working. very disappointed
I got the tablet it's only work for 3 days and I have returned it back I'm still waiting for my refund.
Delivery: a 6-day miracle or a month of silence
Delivery is wildly inconsistent: some get it in a week, others wait three to four weeks; parcels go missing, get marked 'delivered' when they aren't, and couriers don't call or leave it where asked.
this is a horrible company. it's taking more then 3 weeks to get to my home and is still not HERE!!! I ordered the same thing on temu on the same day and the temu one is HERE!!!!
Courier lost package and marked it as delivered. Shein customer service delayed my complaint for 2 months

Pop-ups and ads bury the screen
The interface is overloaded: close one banner and five more pop up, the screen looks like a betting site, plus a 'verify you're human' captcha every 30 seconds; you spend less time shopping than closing ads.

Page is too busy. Have clothing information clearly, what material and other important information customer needs to purchase a product. Learn from Amazon.
Games and 'free gifts' are bait, not gifts
The gamification grates: quests like 'Puppy Keep' are impossible without inviting friends, the discount wheel is 'fake', and promised credits ('pay a penny, get $600') never actually arrive.
DO NOT DO PUPPY KEEP, IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. If you're playing on your own and not able to do the "share with a new/existing user" you WILL NOT be able to complete the game in the alloted time.
very confusing discounts that never work especially that stupid wheel. its a fake discount get to grab your attention! 😡🤬
they said, pay a penny and I would get $600 in credit. they didn't give it to me. then it was pay a dollar for credit. and in the end it was pay $2.
Support abandons you after they've taken the money
When something goes wrong, help is either rude and blames the buyer, or a bot that runs you in circles; refunds for lost or partly-missing orders often never come.
the live agent was incredibly rude, dismissive, and blamed ME for the error. No empathy whatsoever—gave off a zero-EQ "it’s your fault, too bad, not my problem" vibe
Twice, I've received damaged goods and almost a month so response from a human. AI been bringing me in circles.
only recieved half my order and wouldnt refund the items i never received
Sign-up and login choke on verification
Some users can't even create an account: the phone is 'invalid', the verification code never reaches their email, the app throws 'oops! try it again' — a wall before the first purchase.
Can't even make an account.. It's asking me for a phone number and a verification code at the same time. Any time I type in my number and try to hit send or verify it tells me I need a valid phone number😒.
I'm failing to log in to my account i have requested numerous times for a verification code and when i check my email there's nothing

Doesn't ship to whole countries (Iraq above all)
A steady stream of identical pleas: people want to buy but there's no direct shipping to their country, forcing third-party forwarders; separately, the lack of mobile-money payment shuts out those without a bank account.
