good 👍 but need more improvement like stoploss and take profit options for assets
Please add a search feature on the Wallets page that lets users search by wallet name
just one issue is that I can't sell my crypto in INR please add that feature if you can
What users hate
Funds vanish with no explanation
The most frequent and devastating complaint: the balance was there, then dropped to zero on its own — coins «sent» to an address the user never authorized, with nobody able to explain where they went.

Support is effectively absent
When money goes missing, there's no human to reach: the chatbot answers with junk, there's no live agent or phone line, and emails get brush-offs or silence.

A magnet for scammers
It's riddled with fake token addresses, counterfeit USDT and dust attacks, while scammers swarm the Telegram channel — a newcomer who doesn't know better is almost certain to get played.
they have all these fakes thousands of fake addresses hoping you will choose them by mistake
it's a wallet full of fake addresses intended to look like the actual cryptocurrency
So many scammers on your telegram page,if you just comment on that page,they'll start spamming you like mad people.
Swaps and transfers fail with errors
Coin swaps constantly come back «failed», a simple USDT transfer won't go through for days, and transactions hang on errors — the wallet's core operations just don't work.
i dont understand every time I want to swap my coin you will always say failed which kind of app is thos
I have been trying to do a transaction (send usdt to another wallet) for more than 3 days now to no avail
I've lost hours and some money because of all the failed transactions and errors
Updates break access to the wallet
After yet another update people can't get in: passwords stop working, biometrics break, and part of the holdings simply disappear from the screen.
Updated and now I can't get in. Password doesn't work - and no recourse provided.

Balance doesn't update in real time
Coins arrive but the balance stays unchanged — you wait 5–10 minutes after sending, receiving or swapping, and the lag is scary enough to feel like the money's gone.

this doesn't make any sense why does it show that I received Solana but yet my balance still shows it as zero?
Lose the seed phrase, lose everything
The self-custody model is merciless: forget the 12 words, switch phones, or botch the Google Drive backup, and the money is simply gone with no one able to recover it.
Never back up on google drive, I cannot open my old wallet cause password error.
old version is easy to use.. this version so issue .. me lost my BitCoin and all wallet.. I have also 12 words secret key

Money charged, crypto never arrived
On a bank/UPI purchase the money leaves the account but the coins never show up in the wallet — and it can drag on for weeks with no refund.

High fees and painful withdrawals
Network fees bite, getting money out to a bank account is hard, and some users hit demands to pay or upload documents just to reach their own funds.

Do I have to pay 800 dollars to get a pin to access my own money?
Trust Walker wants you to upload financial info like you're applying for a loan. I refuse to upload my bank statement just to use this app.
Cluttered, noisy interface
Too many ads, blinking elements and «fireworks» — the wallet feels like a casino and loses any air of a serious financial tool; users wish for the cleanliness of Exodus.
app is good but too much noise UI isn't great messy everywhere is add i mean i want like EXODUS type
