I am extremely disappointed with your ride service. Almost every time I book a ride, it gets accepted and then cancelled within 30 seconds. It takes me 20–30 minutes just to get one confirmed ride, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
Amongst all the cab booking apps available today, uber stands out as the worst. Their drivers are rude and they cancel the rides like anything. A customer waits for 10-15 mins for a cab and then suddenly you notice that your ride has been cancelled.

Never reserve in advance with uber they will ditch you at last moment and ask for extra money as you will be missing flight, this is completely unprofessional.
app always lies about pick up time, often to charge you for canceling when time is double what they claim.
Disappointed in how problems are resolved: had one concerning driver very late which cost me a day at work, contacted Uber for a potential refund (even just a partial refund because it was a scheduled booking specifically to ensure I would arrive at a certain time for an important event. Safe to say scheduled booking cannot always be relied upon even when a driver has been assigned).

There has been a repeated issue of extra cash being demanded from the original price, and this has happened 2 times, and when I refuse to pay the extra amount they literally start fighting like it is my fault
the driver always demands extra money rather than showed money in the app .. highly disappointed
the Uber is offering low amount to ride... but drivers accepts when the amount is usually high... the ride was just 287rs and now I need to pay 500rs... and cuz of it we are having like an argument... I mean whats wrong with this though

The app is designed to make it near impossible to speak to customer service agent and I can't get my issue resolved. I've been defrauded several times, had unsafe drivers, and in general been treated extremely poorly.
worst experience with a company i have ever had. customer service 0/10 did not get any help from an employee. do not download.
support is the worst thing I've ever experienced. it's a shame I cannot give Zero stars.
