A period calendar with educational content and a women's health section — for women who track their cycle and want to understand how it works.
What users love
Period start prediction: accurate for most, but not all
Users praise the accuracy — for many, the next period arrives exactly on the predicted day, even with irregular cycles
the predictions are always top notch 😯😯😯
flo is so far the best period tracking app l have ever seen, very accurate and easy to go on about
I'm tired of downloading apps that say they are free and once I download them and do a long questionnaire, then it asks me which subscription I want. No free version was visible
Helps women with irregular cycles anticipate their period and prepare
Women with irregular periods appreciate the advance warning and the way the app reduces anxiety
this app is very reliable and trustworthy
not always very accurate, but most of the time its accurate, best app ever
i am now unable to log back into my account cause an error popup keeps appearing. wonderful
Ovulation and fertile window tracking for conception
Users rely on it to time ovulation and conceive — many report getting pregnant while using the app
I like that Flo can help me track my ovulation, guess correctly what I'm experiencing on my period days and what I can do to help myself on such occasions. I also enjoy the fact that it can guess when my next period will be and guess it correctly. Much love team Flo ❤️
I've been using this app for a long time. for the first time, I think it would be good if flo app can add in for mothers-to-be for miscarriage. for example, late period, consecutive faint positive lines, leading to chemical pregnancy, there is nowhere to input for a more accurate next ovulation or period.
very helpful, and now I'm pregnant 🤰
Week-by-week pregnancy tracking to follow your baby's development
Pregnant users love tracking their due date and following the baby's growth week by week

needs premium membership for literally everything 😕
Learn more about your body in a day than in years
Explains what's happening in your body phase by phase — symptoms, hormones, mood — and leaves users feeling more in control
amaaazingggggg😍
very nice
I was confused at how this app worked but I think i figured it out.
Symptom and mood logging with pattern graphs
Easy to log symptoms and mood, then spot patterns across cycles with built-in charts
Very good
I like it
The best tracker for everything women's health ❤️. Thank you to the creators.
Clean design and intuitive navigation, though some find tracking overly complex
Users praise the tidy interface, ease of use, and smooth navigation
easy to understand and helpfully I love flo
Does everything I need it to do. Flo is very easy to use. I would like to see the articles and engagement side changed up along with a simpler interface for logging symptoms.
awesome
Used for years, across pregnancies — users don't want to switch
Many have used the app for 4–10 years, tracked pregnancies with it, and can't imagine moving to anything else
Good app
I loved flo when I had premium but after my trial ended it's like the app is basically unusable. every feature is behind a paywall but tracking that's literally it.
lovely app! accurate
A sense of community and connection with other women
Users value the supportive community and feeling less alone; connecting with other women helps them understand their own bodies
I was confused at how this app worked but I think i figured it out.
Very Good
they just waste too much time at asking questions at the end they show they have only paid subscription only. waste of time
Educational articles and videos moved behind a paywall
Users enjoy the educational content — articles and videos about the cycle, body, and health
I really enjoy this app and it's educational pieces as well. I do wish there was a feature to track cervix changes to help narrow down ovulation.
very good 😊💯
This is the best app ever
Sexual content persists even after being turned off in settings
Users appreciate having the option to disable all sexual content in settings
I have used flo to track my cycle for years but it has too much sex related content. I turned it off in settings since I kept getting bombarded with them, but their latest update added the option to place hearts on the calender which would indicate when one has been intimate. It is not a bad update but if I turned off the option to have sex related content then this feature should not have been ma
the best free apps for me
it's Soo helpful, I love this app
Partner access is read-only
Users appreciate being able to share their cycle with a partner to build mutual understanding
I love this app.
I'm learning from this app.
You don't want this app unless you want to pay close to $40 a month for the subscription. There is no free trial and it's extremely difficult to cancel.
Free premium in select regions is a genuine win
In Nigeria, Myanmar, and other countries premium is free — users are grateful and impressed by the full feature set
iIts good app
accurateeeeee!
great 👍
What users hate
Almost everything behind a paywall — the free tier is just a log
Without premium, only basic period logging is available; symptoms, tips, and chat are all locked — there used to be more for free
long years using this app and for single information on ur cycle if it is delayed or any reason they are asking for charges!! every single information or chat asking for payment check little or normal information, sorry but did you hear about Google? chathpt ? and all others apps that you can get all information needed without payment! at least there should be special services for long users
Good
too many ads you have to pay for everything for basic stuff honestly do better
Upgrade pop-ups and push notifications on every tap
Every tap and notification pushes a premium upsell; users report spam multiple times per hour and having to dismiss it repeatedly
it is useful to track your period but if you have other questions or you want to have a discussion about something you need to subscribe by paying.
this app is actually a great app it helps me track my period and even do more i love this app
before this it usually said what phase I am but now it's merely, period may starts. that's all. and ovulation day. no more luteal phase and follicular phase
Chat assistant only gives canned replies and requires a subscription
The bot only offers preset response options with no way to describe your own situation, and open-ended questions hit a premium wall
I wanted to learn about WHEN I would get my period and I can't even chat with rhe bot without needing a free trial after like 4 pre made answers. They leave non VIP people nothing nothing
it's be good.
thank you for this wonderful help I hope the period stops usually
No support for same-sex couples or pronoun customization
Can't link an account with a female partner, no pronoun options; the imposed 'girlhood' framing alienates trans and non-binary users
tuff
it's be good.
I'm really sorry to say this but I think it's ridiculous that I have to pay to do pretty much everything especially since it's an app about women's hygiene
Age cutoff of 13/16 excludes girls with early periods
Girls aged 9–12 who already have their period can't register — the minimum birth year won't allow it
I've been using this app for a long time. for the first time, I think it would be good if flo app can add in for mothers-to-be for miscarriage. for example, late period, consecutive faint positive lines, leading to chemical pregnancy, there is nowhere to input for a more accurate next ovulation or period.
only tried it out to see info about peri menopause and buyer, please know this is a scam. they will ask you a billion of intrusive questions and keep charging you for service you're not using despite you cancelling it repeatedly.
good prediction
Forecast ignores hormonal contraception
Predictions assume a natural cycle and don't account for the pill, so dates often don't match reality
great apps
thanks for the reminder
First the app was so good and now they want the money from subscriptions. For details you will need subscriptions otherwise it's just a period logging app which can be even done in a Calender.
Charging for women's health is seen as a 'pink tax'
Users are frustrated that an app about women's health and hygiene costs money — they call it a tax on being a woman
I like the general idea of this app, but I think its ridiculous to make women pay to be safe during sex and learn about their body. also made by a man
THE APP IS PREMIUM YOU CAN BARELY USE OTHER FEATURES IF YOU'RE NOT PREMIUM, THEY SHOULD CHANGE THIS UGLY APP👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
the best free apps for me
