This is definitely my goto app for delivering groceries. I have had so many issues with other supermarkets with wrong orders and delayed deliveries but Gopuff is quick and reliable and they deliver till late too.
I love their $.25 sips and generally quick delivery.

The new AI interface is awful. You have to use the chat interface, there's no option to just browse products and pick them. It puts everything in one chat box so when you scroll through it, the whole app gets slow and unusable to the point where you have to restart the app.
The location near me is actually great, I just don't care for their integration with Grok. The app is already incredibly easy to use. No one needs AI to help them spend money.

I bought a loaf of white bread and it was molded when I went to use it not even an hour after buying. And they wouldn't replace it or refund it or even give me gopuff credit back, they did nothing.
After months of using this service and dealing with occasional out of date food. I recently had my order lost/stolen, they sent a replacement only for it to be missing 90% of my items. This was a £100 order. They are ignoring all emails

I'm trying to stop the FAM subscription but they have been charging me for the last 6 months even though I was outside the country. I mailed support at GoPuff but now they're saying the mail ID doesn't work and I need to use the app which I cannot do because I'm not in the region.
There is NO WAY cancel your membership in the app.

It took an hour and a half to get a delivery less than a mile away. I won't use this service again.
Service started out great, but now deliveries take over 90 minutes. Shouldn't take 90+ minutes when you are 6 minutes down the road.
