Во время активного заказа баннеры закрывают экран и не убираются — отслеживать машину невозможно.
Grab has gotten ridiculously worse recently. The amount of ads over everything is just INSANE! You can't even properly check on your ride anymore because an ad is covering your screen nonstop and it's hard to swipe away.
costs more than lineman plus shows full screen ads. absolutely shameless company.
too many adds found every app. starts to become irritating

beware when u top up GrabPay cause grab love hold ur money for 24 hrs and you can't even use the money
slow topup processing. should allow to pay using tng etc. need to topup barh boleh bayar. then dah topup processing lambat nak mampos
First the transaction.. why each time I top up after 8 pm.. it's not go through the apps immediately.. and I need to wait for some times for my money to be added to the account although my bank account already deducted.. I can't buy my dinner like this .

Grab drivers can make you wait 15 minutes to then cancel. Super annoying.
Drivers keep cancelling after you've already waited a long time.
Grab charges for cancelled food orders and rides and never gives their alleged refunds. If you use this app, recommend using cash only. Today I was charged 2 times of a canceled ride.

Always with misleading vouchers and offers. Grab premium is useless.
if you're giving out coupon code, do it like you mean it. So sick of seeing "sorry, the code you've enter is fully redeemed or invalid" which is valid the day before.
I on grab unlimited and orders food monthly but recebtly the changes in vouchers made it hard for me because it is always sold out and the notifications always come late
