cheaper delivery than door dash and doesn't add a lot when you have Prime.
They have better deals than Doordash, plus the discount from having Prime is stellar.
Good app. I use it in conjunction with Prime for additional savings. Easy to use and a great convenience when you are disabled and can't leave your house.

horrible experience. was once a loyal customer for 2 years. the quality of the food is horrendous and if you ask for refunds when you logically don't get what you order, they ban you from ever being able to get refunds. the customer is penalized for the merchant's inability to fulfill their orders correctly.
I provided photos and receipts for an order that was not delivered. After 2 days of emails to a different person each time, I was told I will not be receiving a refund for my undelivered items but they would give me a $5 credit.
An order I made never came. They wouldn't even give me a full refund.

It will tell you an estimated delivery time. After completing your order the estimated delivery time will change to a much later time. Then they will message you that it is running late. 1.5 hours for something that originally said would be 30 minutes.

I have had to submit a two digit number every time I've ordered for over the last month or else the driver will sit in my driveway and not deliver the food. It says this should only have every "now and then" on the app but I've had to do it every time.
Just because a driver delivered to the completely wrong address once and I submitted a complaint now I have to give them a code every time?
I don't like how they make you provide a PIN number to the driver upon arrival, if they think you might not be trustworthy because of a couple of mistakes that are made.

Was a great app. I put in an order off 48.76 thats tax and everything else included. The 15% came out to be 7.21, thats some bad math. The real 15% should be 5.85. Are yall tipping numbers at full price without the discount or yall stealing money??
