It pops up at the times I need a little love, or a motivational boost the most! I am thoroughly enjoying the free version and I am glad that I can control how many times per day they pop in, some days I need it more than others.

Affirmations are so helpful in changing your mindset. I used to be very Negative and think negative thoughts about myself. I learned through a rehab place the benifits of daily affirmations and I SWEAR by doing it at least Morning & Night and writing them In a journal is insanely HELPFUL in gaining control of your mental health.
I absolutely love this app, it's a beautiful reminder of how far I've came, the growth, and healing...

you know what, these jerkoffs dont mention there's a price and need for debit card at the END of all the information they ask for. that's just plain sneaky.

the ads are insane. i understand there's a cheap subscription, but for the people who can't afford it, 5-10 second long video ads every minute is just excessive.

good Initiative, but spamming my push notifications with an advertisement for yet another premium live service subscription is exhausting. That is not the purpose of push notifications.

I thought I would love this app, and I did during the trial. But then I started getting religious based content when I never selected that option.
I like the app in general, but I am REALLY uncomfortable with you repeatedly marketing a Christian/Bible app to me within this app (that I paid for, no less!). As a non-Christian, this feels really invasive, alienating, and pushy.
It made me see the value in loving myself for once and to truly be happy

love the idea, hate the paywall. they don't even offer monthly payments
if this had a monthly payment option I would keep it. Not everyone has 50 dollars to drop. Even if it was like 4.99 instead of 3.99 A it would be reasonable. Shame, as it's a nice little app.
