A manual personal finance tracker for logging income and expenses by category with clear visual stats — built for people who do their household bookkeeping every day.

What users love

Logging income or expenses takes seconds with nothing extra cluttering the screen

Clean, minimalist interface — fast transaction entry with zero distractions

Very convenient and nice app! Adding expences and incomes are easy and fast. Stats are nice and clear. Great customization.

great! intuitive and works for what we need it for

I love how practical and easy it is to use

People stick with this app for 7–10 years and never switch

It becomes a long-term habit, replacing notebooks and spreadsheets entirely

Been using this app daily since 2019.system is fantastic, but it's starting to feel very outdated. The app needs more advanced reporting features to do deep trend comparisons, There is no quick way to tag payment modes like Gpay or Paytm directly on the main screen without manually typing notes... please provide more modern features and a better cloud-sync desktop interface.

I have been using this app since 2017 and hands down one of the best there is. Not only the visual aspects the app is just the cleanest without any bloat. planning to but the premium as well.

I've been using this app for almost 10 years and its been a great help for me to achieve a mindful financial literacy. Keep up the good work and keep updating it with usefull stuffs!

Custom categories, subcategories, and multiple accounts are all supported

Fully configurable: up to 15 accounts, unlimited categories and subcategories

Awesome app. A friend told me about (funхсаsh•соm💎) and I gave it a shot - ended up winning $41K😊. Knew right then I had to track every cent. Downloaded this simple money tracker, and it's easily the best follow-up to a big win. Feels like I finally grew up financially overnight. As for Money Manager: this is a super app. It makes it easy to manage my expenses. One advantage I see compared to ot

app is Good But If You try bring these features that Our One Account access in multiple devices like iphone and andriod then it would better

Excellence app to monitor my expenses and manage my finances. I would like to suggest if the stats for expenses can be set to show stats based on the account. Means account A only shown stats expenses made with account A.

Charts and summaries make it clear where money is going

Readable stats help users understand their spending structure and adjust behavior

Very convenient and nice app! Adding expences and incomes are easy and fast. Stats are nice and clear. Great customization.

I want to be able to sort by categories too

Good for daily expenses note

The free tier covers core tracking without pressure to pay

Full income and expense logging is available at no cost, no mandatory subscription

awesome❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

will I can get monthly report of my expenses in my email

Great app, I can't live without it. A little feedback: it would be great if I could hide specific transactions from the totals. Sometime payments take a day or two to deduct from the bank so it would be helpful to enter the transaction when I make the purchase but hide it from the totals until it actually deducts from my account Still leaving five stars because this app has helped me alot, thanks

Tracking keeps spending in check and helps build savings

Expenses become transparent, budgets stay on track, and financial discipline follows

Good for daily expenses note

4 star because Ads is Coming

Loved this app. Clean, no nuance interface.

Supports debit/credit accounting — accountants like it

Double-entry bookkeeping and account reconciliation make it solid for careful record-keeping

very functional app that allows proper book keeping of income and expenses and also accounts tracking

Lost 2 years of data but this app is too good to be rated less than 4*, take backups regularly.

great creation. good UI

Manual entry: mindful for some, exhausting for others

Some users appreciate manual logging precisely because it keeps them aware of every purchase

I use this daily, although manual entry is required but I trust it with my data for it's all backed up in my Google drive

It’s a great app for managing and analyzing income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. I purchased the lifetime Pro version for Android and highly recommend this app.

Love the app! It'd be even better if we could share expenses and see joint costs with a household option. Also, a bit more widget variety would be awesome, like to see balances or daily spending.

What users hate

Editing an amount clears the entire number — no copy/paste

You can't fix a digit or two — the whole amount is wiped; paste and a built-in calculator are both missing

Excellent 👌🏻

nice but the logo should upgrade

Nice , could you pls Update the Sundry creditors Ledger and when a transaction made against them so it will update automatically. but I can't afford Premium version 🙂

No subtotals by subcategory, only the parent category total

Individual subcategory sums aren't calculated and can't be visualized in charts

while creating a category, I created 2 sub categories under that, let's see with the example- Category name- Other Subcategory: 1. Daily needs 2. Transport So while entering the expenses, i select the subcategories accordingly. Now,if I want the expenses i have spent in Transport, where can I see the total? the app doesn't show the subcategories total, it just shows the total of Category "Other".

I have been using the app for a while, whilst it great for a generalised view to track expenses it is missing more detailed customisations such as a subcategory within a subcategory (for example if my category is Bills & Utilities a subcategory would be Telecommunications. I would want to categorise this even further into things like internet, phone plan, voice plans etc) I've also noticed it's no

loved the clean UI.

Statistics have no filters by category, account, or search results

You can't filter the summary to specific categories or accounts; searching by amount doesn't work

This is the by far the best one I've found. The interface is clean, easy to use, highly customizable, and the reporting features are excellent. There is one feature that I feel is missing: filtering within the Stats tab. Currently, if I want to analyze expenses for only certain categories, subcategories, accounts, or custom groups, there doesn't seem to be a way to filter the statistics view accor

loved the clean UI.

Savings and investments are counted as expenses, hiding net worth growth

Money moved to savings or investments is treated as spent; there's no separate asset section

Great for day-to-day tracking and building spending discipline, especially with its clear double-entry system that makes expenses transparent and organized. But it struggles with long-term wealth visibility. Money moved into savings or investments is treated as gone, which hides real net worth growth over time. What’s missing is a unified view that combines cash, savings, and investments into one

awesome app make life easy

Best App to note every expense done via multiple cards/banks

No savings goals or envelope-style income allocation

Users want savings targets and automatic percentage-based income splits across budget lines

4 star because Ads is Coming

100% recommended, using this from last 10 years

1. In the search bar we are not able to search the amount, we are only able to search the word written in the note of Expend Income category 2. If the subcategory expenses of any two groups are exactly the same and we want to know the total amount spent on these subcategories, then it is not displayed together; we have to look at the totals separately by looking at the individual groups.

No shared or split expense tracking

Users want to split accounts across people, tag who paid, and maintain a shared family budget

It’s a great app for managing and analyzing income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. I purchased the lifetime Pro version for Android and highly recommend this app.

So far I am finding this app excellent to use. Much better than cash organiser which I was using for many years.

es practico si pero tienes que tener mucha paciencia para detallar todo a cada momento

Budgets can only be set per single category or for everything at once

There's no middle ground — no budget for a custom group of categories; weekly budgets are missing too

I'm so happy to have this the best track expenses app for me. It have many functions like currency exchange. But I'm suggesting that increase the quality for budget, like set some categories in a budget.

very user friendly and good

is the best aplication ever for money tracking. up to 15 accounts, unlimited categories and sub categories. kimd reminders for loading the expense and income. is perfect

Changing the base currency or managing multi-currency accounts is painful

Switching the base currency breaks balances on old transactions; multi-currency management is clunky

Very good app for an expense tracker. user friendly

unfortunately this app doesn't have the function of automatic entry of income/expense from sms/bank account etc.

Credit card and loan tracking is broken

Credit account balances don't decrease when repayments are logged; outstanding balance and balance forecast aren't shown

Ok

I spent hour to set up the loan account and category, but no result at the end. It is not working when I enter expense from my income account like wallet or card, in loan account it is just adding it up, increasing the lone. Even recommendation regarding to input minus before the loan account amount did not help. Hope it will be fixed as soon as possible.

it's good 👍

The desktop version is outdated and there's no real web app

The PC app hasn't been updated in years; there's no web interface with cloud sync

Been using this app daily since 2019.system is fantastic, but it's starting to feel very outdated. The app needs more advanced reporting features to do deep trend comparisons, There is no quick way to tag payment modes like Gpay or Paytm directly on the main screen without manually typing notes... please provide more modern features and a better cloud-sync desktop interface.

i am using this app for last two months really helpful

I have been using this app for more than 5 years and recommended to several people. It is a great app. But I suggest you integrate the Division or envelope system where I can set percentage s that when I record an income it immediately divides into the different envelopes based on the percentages, enabling to monitor my expenses based on those envelopes. It is great way for financial discipline, g

Small font and a cluttered look in places

Font size can't be increased; some users find the interface cramped and hard to parse

I use to write down my expenses before I got to know this app, and it was a huge burden keeping up. but with this app, I update it on the go, anytime and anywhere...great app for tracking your expenses.

very user friendly and good

Lost 2 years of data but this app is too good to be rated less than 4*, take backups regularly.

Users want more flexibility in setting accounting period and fiscal year start

People want a custom month-start day and fiscal year start that fits their country and pay schedule

4 star because Ads is Coming

So far I am finding this app excellent to use. Much better than cash organiser which I was using for many years.
