I spent YEARS creating my Playlist to have them deleted and unavailable. Napster has gone completely AI - no real music or artists. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone that is a REAL music lover.

Used to be a decent music app with good quality audio. Now they're transitioning to AI-generated music and playlists while getting rid of their human music catalog. I used to have thousands of songs across various playlists, but it dropped to maybe 200 tops.

This is no longer a music app. It is an AI slop music generator. There are no real artists here anymore, seriously. It is entirely ai garbage and the new owners seem proud of that.

16 years of music playlists just GONE! YEA.. I'm pissed. And to keep charging me with no explanation of what the app actually changed into.. just bad business 😡

I was a subscriber for over 20 years. They removed all music and changed the app from a streaming service to an AI music service that nobody asked for. I lost my music library of 1000's of songs that I had curated over the past 20+ years.

the AI thing ruined a perfect streaming app, I was a paying member of Rhapsody from before smart phones..(back when you burned CDs to take your music with you, literally 2 decades of music lost

2021 I love this app, I have used it since 1997. I have found every song that I've searched for, old and new. 2026 UPDATE I have been unable to access my account for approx 6 months. I have not been able to reach support and whatever "transition" you're going through has not stopped the billing process.

I canceled my Napster subscription (originally Rhapsody) last fall. However, I am still being billed as Rhapsody. There is no way to speak with anybody connected to Napster.

After being a loyal subscriber for many years, Napster's relaunched app is terrible and completely worthless to me. I paid for an annual subscription with the expectation of getting a streaming music service. At a minimum, Napster should issue a refund.

I was a member of Napster for over 15 years and all my music is gone now it says AI Music Creation that doesn't even create nothing that you tell it to create it just makes up its own songs

all this app is now is to make AI generated music garbage. it's no longer a music streaming platform. This is wrong on so many levels. it's a slap in the face to real artists that put passion into their music.

I'm am completely devastated of all the songs I have saved over the many many years of being a loyal customer to Napster for all my songs to disappear and playlist vanish without any explanation. I don't really think Napster even understand just how much I am taken back of this. All the memories in a song "Gone".

The end of an era. Rhapsody/Napster is officially dead. The best music service, replaced by A.I.? Hell no! This is borderline stupid! I prefer real music by actual humans with real instruments. I've used this service since 2012 and never had to switch to another until this happened. Rest in peace, my old friend.

My childhood is officially over 😢 goodbye Napster/Rhapsody. 😮‍💨
