Пустой экран при запуске, бесконечная проверка при входе и отсутствие изображений товаров — хронические проблемы, которые не фиксятся месяцами.
The app barely works. is so buggy and doesn't load on opening 90% of the time, and trying to search for an item on the rare occasion it does load is like pulling teeth.
This week, no item images load. None. So unless you know the exact name of the product, you aren't finding what you are looking for.
05/11/2026: I installed the latest update and now I can't even open the app. Very frustrating.

Deleted after a week of trying to make a vetco appointment, ended up using my computer instead. This app never could finish the appointment procedure.
can't get pass schedule grooming page. select schedule grooming appointment and it gets stuck at the next screen. press schedule doesn't do anything.
lately I cannot access anything for grooming on the app. I like to precheck in and it does not open on the app.

You have to proactively load rewards vs them just appearing. Then the reward expires quickly. I've lost about $30 to this.
Decent app but the rewards program is a joke with points expiring way too early. Quite disincentivizing and honestly makes me want to go to competitors instead.
I dind the app uselful. I like getting notifications and offers. I wish.my rewards didn't expire so soon. I seldom get to use them.

app makes you build a profile for your pet, but also makes you manually reenter all info every time you want to make an appointment. what was the point in the profile if you require the same info each time.
I wish they had more veterinary information or created a separate app for Vetco. I take my cats to them and I would like more information available beyond when their next vaccine or flea treatment is. I would like to see their last weight, what they were previously seen for
the app is ok. no one either in the store or on the app can explain how to upload receipts for reimbursement (per the program I signed up for and paid)
