I was CONNED into paying MORE to go ad-free, only to find out later that there are still SOME ads allowed to play...I am so sick and tired of being screwed over by these companies!!

Prime Video is disappointing. Even after paying for a Prime subscription, users are shown ads unless they pay extra. On top of that, many movies and shows require additional rental or purchase fees

Paying a premium subscription for an app that constantly forces me to restart my entire phone is ridiculous. Every single time I pause a video and lock my phone, unlocking it gives me a completely black screen. The audio plays, but the video stays pitch black.
when I use your app the screen just randomly goes black for hours I on gear audio what is that rubbish
Great content, but the app has a persistent bug on my Moto Edge 40. If I pause or rewind more than 2-3 times, the video feed turns into a black screen, and the only way to fix it is by restarting my phone.

Prime Video has great content, but the app experience feels outdated compared to competitors like Netflix and JioHotstar. In 2026, basic features such as seamless next-episode autoplay, gesture-based brightness controls, and on-screen volume controls should be standard.
