   Misleading charge. I was offered a trial, but got charged $7.99. Submitted a refund request, but received only partially what I was charged around $3. Honestly, I could never use the app, as they don’t provide what I needed: videos. Very frustrating. Shady company. I don’t recommend downloading their app.

   Careful with the free trial, they charge you even if you cancelled before it expires.. This app charge me. I cancelled the subscription the day I downloaded it. I only wanted the free trial. I wanted to see how it works. I don’t like the app coz you can’t customize it. It’s pretty much whatever the template. So no thank you. But they still charge me a week after my cancelled my subscription .. like really?!

   Trial. I was trying the app to see if it was worth purchasing. Every time I try to upload a photo there were some strange anomaly in the middle of the photo.

   Unsubscribing not built into the App. I downloaded the app for trial. The app doesn’t let you cancel the subscription within easily. I ended up getting billed despite not really wanting to keep the App

    Bad. I put a person to cartoon it and it came out looking nothing like him. He was black and turned out white. The eye color is different, the hair color is different, even the hairstyle is different.

    Data collection?. This app refuses to add a cartoon effect to any image that does not contain a full face. If you have only partial or slightly obscured face such as the brim of a hat etc., it will not make a cartoon image. This makes me suspect that the app is more interested in collecting facial recognition data. It should be able to add a cartoon effect to a picture of a dog or a tree or anything else. But it definitely wants your face.

    “abnormal loading”. As a long-standing user of the Toonme app, I am writing to formally report a technical issue regarding abnormal image loading on the "Toon Effects" page. Specifically, when accessing the "Toon Effects" page from Mainland China, all content images persistently display the "Loading" status and fail to load successfully even after an extended period. This issue has persisted for close to a year and remains unresolved to date, which has significantly compromised the overall user experience. I kindly urge for an expedited resolution to this problem and would appreciate updates on the progress. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Instant Disappointment!. Immediately upon installation, I was met with a full splash screen that took over my entire screen telling me to accept their free trial in order to continue. The only way to bypass this was to swipe up to discontinue the app store app then restore it to the previous page. Then, I’m met with a beautiful variety of options to choose from only to find out after painstaking selecting my photo of choice, that no more than one person in a photo can be rendered. Lastly, I decided to wait anyway out of pure curiosity since I went this far. After 10 whole minutes….STILL LOADING!?!? Uninstalled

    Person meeting app in disguise. I really enjoy the application with it photo effects, but it’s sending me notifications that there’s women several miles away from me that would like to meet me. I’m not interested in meeting women I’m a happily married man it’s insulting that this application that supposed to be made for photo editing is supposed to be about editing photos by illustration is soliciting me to meet women that are several miles away from me. It’s insulting that I get Notifications to meet women several miles away from me. I’m canceling my subscription to this. I’m not interested in meeting women this is supposed to be a fun app to illustrate photos not to meet women. this is a dating app in disguise! The developer replied and said that it’s coming from third-party organizations, but it’s not true. It’s coming from the app because these notifications popped up when I was on my phone’s home screen

    My whole app doesn’t work I want to do a new toon mirror isn’t eork. I've already uninstalled the app. In fact, I made another monthly payment. My app is paid for the entire year, and now I've decided to pay 3.99 for 1 week to see if that's what's keeping me from accessing the combo and opening anything. This is a total rip-off, what a frustration.

    Does not work. Tried to make a sketch from multiple photos of my cat and it would not create it with any and gave an error. Then tried to do it with the recommended photos the app chose to see if it works at all and still gave same error. Scam app.

    Too expensive. It’s too expensive for amount time we spend on it. Everyone is trying to rich out these app. We should be able to buy the app for a one time fee. This app it’s not something we use all the time. Most people will not use it daily, maybe a few a year so it crazy to pay too much for something we use couple time a year.

    Does this app hate dark skin?. All it does it make black and brown people white and Caucasian. For something that supposed to be sophisticated ai technology it sure likes to exclude the existence of other races and ethnicities. Not everyone using this is app is 15yo white girl.
