   Awful. Everything I tried it said it couldn’t do even the suggestions it gave me as prompts. I’ve had it for 30 mins it hasn’t produced anything and of course there’s no way to contact support to get my money back. I want my 7.99 back for the week I won’t be using it at all ever again and I won’t be recommending it please and thank you.

   Unfairly charged. I cancelled the app and was still charged twice .once my bank declined it . It’s not showing in my App Store as a purchase, and I have no way to talk to a real person about my refund

   Not worth the money. The actual service even on free mode takes the coins. The pop up to buy a subscription is force full and not worth the money. The AI model doesn’t actually look like the person just a similar version.

   Terrible. Do not purchase this app. This is a fraud company. The results are terrible. They also charged my credit card for an entire year when I just subscribed for a week and will not refund my money. This app is a cheat and a fraud. Do not download. Do not even click on this , your credit card will be charged for an entire year and they will ask you to get in touch with the App Store. Terrible.

    Can’t Cancel Subscription. BEWARE: I tried to cancel this subscription and there was NO way to do so. The phone number, web link, and email address did not go anywhere. I kept going around in a loop.

    Crashes all the time. Every time I open the app, within 10 seconds, it crashes and closes itself. It does this every time the app is opened, not sometimes, every time.

    This app is disgusting. I strongly do not recommend this app. I canceled my payment method and still had to spend time trying to stop recurring charges. The app provides no clear or easy way to cancel the subscription, and customer support is difficult to reach. Being charged $7.99 every week without a straightforward cancellation process is extremely frustrating. Customers should be able to manage and cancel their subscriptions easily. I would not use this service again and cannot recommend it to others.

    Don’t waste your time. The app was amazing at few months ago but since the updates it is HORRIBLE! Pics don’t look like you, you’ll have fingers/toes missing, extra arms/hands. Idk what they did but they need to return it back to how it was. You will waste your money paying for it but each picture will be messed up. So frustrating 😡

    Theft Loopholes. Consumer beware. This company is 1,000% fraudulent. They use loopholes to keep you from being able to cancel. I let my bank take over getting it cancelled and I’m now filing complaints at a government level. Screenshot and document everything.

    Charging after cancellation. This app subscription was cancelled March 14 (noted in my phone under subscriptions) and yet I am still being charged multiple times a month $7.99 on my credit card. Currently disputing charges with AMEX. Phone listed on the charge is disconnected.

    Unethical scam. I purchased this app and used it. When I tried to go back and download some of the old photos I created a month later I needed to purchase a new sub subscription. I’m confused if I paid for it, it was created. I should not have to have a watermark on it. Unless I want to create new photos.

The app is horrible false advertising they advertise a refund for non satisfactory if it’s within 14 days it didn’t even take me 48 hours to realize I hated it and when you try and cancel you get no response they advertise that you’re able to cancel in the app that’s false they tell you to contact app support

    disappointing.. Hello, I’m extremely frustrated with this experience. I downloaded Glam AI specifically because I was excited to try it, but I haven’t been able to use the app at all. I uploaded my photos and waited for my AI profile to be created, but it never finished processing. I’ve waited for days, deleted the app, reinstalled it, uploaded everything again, and I’m still stuck with the same issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is my very first experience with the app. I haven’t been able to test any features or see what Glam AI can actually do because the AI profile creation never works. I was genuinely considering purchasing a subscription if I enjoyed the app, but right now I can’t even get past the first step. As a new user, this is incredibly disappointing and makes me feel like I downloaded the app for nothing. Can someone please explain why this is happening and help me get my AI profile working? I’ve spent a lot of time trying to make this work, and at this point I just want a solution. Thank you.

    Something changed with the ai model. I have used this app for months and loved it but a recent change made all of the filters produce weird results like making me 75 lbs lighter. I appreciate the help but I want authentic looking photos that look like me. The model doesn’t take my body into account at all. They used to, now they don’t. Update: I have made multiple attempts to reach out to customer support but I receive no reply to my emails and they use an ai chat bot that never fixes anything. Downgraded to 1 star.
