   AI is awful. Not sure what happened but this is terrible. I asked for very minor edits to a photo and ended up with everything changed including random people added to the photo. This used to be a recent product no idea what happened

   ILLEGALLY TRIES TO CHARGE ME, EVEN THOUGH I CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION BEFORE THE TRIAL ENDED. WARNING!! This is a SCAMMER and FRAUDULENT company. I did a free trial. I immediately canceled auto renewal. They continue to try to charge my card. They purposely do not allow canceling on the app or the website which is illegal. I have reported them for FRAUD and canceled my card.

   Latest update has attempted 5 times today. Completes the update in App Store then proceeds to attempt and looks like it again updates about every hour.

   Scammy Billing. I don’t recall using the app but they had my cc info and let me know they billed me for a year of service (twice). I finally learned how to logon and had to cancel the service from outside of the Apple ecosystem. Terrible experience.

   Credits. I purchased many credits only to find that they were expired because I didn’t use it for a while which is BS for the amount of money I had spent for the credits! No longer use Fotor wouldn’t recommend anyone else

   Eating up credits!!!. This was a great app, now not so much. The AI makes incorrect change after incorrect change and eats up all of your credits without ever getting it right. You end up having to start over. I didn’t realize that I only have a certain amount of credits per month. I ended up having to upgrade.

   This app stinks. Unless you want AI something, you can’t make a plane all thumbnail or edit a picture. Everything is about creating some ridiculous AI project. It’s exhausting. I can’t even open my old Projects on the app.

    Face Swap feature suddenly missing. This app was fantastic for my character creating but suddenly the Face Swapping feature is gone. Without warning. Will be ending my monthly subscription as that’s the only reason I subbed in the first place.

    Horrible. The AI is awful and cannot get a face correct - even with just 1 picture and a 600+ word description on what the photo should look like - don’t be waste your money!

    Don’t even download this app. Paid $50 yearly to basically give to them for charity because you can’t do nothing. For it’s all AI and you have to pay credits for that separately.

    Don’t purchase.. Really no instructions on how to do anything and we’re trying to learn it uses up all your credit so be much a scam.

    Requires a fee to use the app then every photo or video has individual cost on top of that. Don’t waist your time app cost $9 a month 48 a year then you have to spend money to get credits so to make a video or photo cost about $4usd every time on top of the monthly subscription

    Not honest. I downloaded this app just to leave a review that will hopefully help people by sharing my experience Never heard of this company until they charged me. I had to google what and who they even were. proved I never downloaded the app and when I was told I used the website to order (which makes 0 sense since no once uses the website for things like this), I provided screenshots showing the email they said was registered didn’t even have an account. Their response back was we don’t offer refunds. Never used this service proved that. Never even had the app. But yet charged me and did nothing to help nor provided any documentation on the validity of their charge no IP address, nothing, because then I can prove their scam charge. In my opinion they are scammers , save your money and find a company who is loyal and honest.

    Thieves. Fotor will continue to charge you after you cancel your subscription for months. When you realize, it is too late, they refuse to pay you back even if you bring proof that you cancelled and have never used the app after you cancel. This is deeply dishonest revenue maximization. Shame on them.
