   Paid in full. I paid for this in full for unlimited use. Now I can’t even use it. I want a refund back

   This Used to Be the Best. I purchased a yearly subscription and genuinely loved how simple and user-friendly the app was. I received weekly credits and would even purchase extra credits when I needed them. Then one day, I opened the app and saw a message saying they had moved to a new platform called Clone AI. Suddenly, I was blocked from using the 200 credits I had already paid for, and I couldn’t even download the photos I had previously created. I reached out to FaceOff for help, but all I got was the runaround. How can customers trust a company that abruptly changes platforms and disregards existing yearly subscriptions? I’ve been unable to receive a refund, which is extremely disappointing. I still decided to try Clone AI, but it doesn’t offer the same features that made me love FaceOff. It feels like a copy of so many other AI slop apps on the market. What made FaceOff stand out is now gone. I appreciated that FaceOff allowed you to recreate almost any image using your own face that uniqueness is what set it apart. Testing Clone AI was underwhelming, and with so many apps already offering similar features, I don’t see the value in committing to another yearly subscription. This situation reflects poor business practices and a lack of consideration for loyal customers. This has nothing to do with price! You blocked me from using my remaining yearly subscription! Your reply is terrible!

   Clone AI is awful. They changed apps to Clone AI and it has gone downhill. I paid a yearly subscription and now they got some block on the old app not allowing me to download my pictures or use my credits I paid for. This app was really good and now they are just like all the others out there so now app is no longer special. Whoever made the business decision to do this really fumbled the ball. I tried Clone AI for a week and it’s awful. I no longer trust them as a business now and don’t recommend the new app.

   Unethical Company. Bought a $80 subscription and a few days later they put up a notice this app is moving to another similar app instead. So now I paid $80 for an app they knew I wouldn’t be able to use. Also, their privacy policy is terrifying if you actually read it.

   Garbage! Don’t waste Your Money. This app claims to make photos that look like you, but that’s not accurate at all. This app constantly tries to give me short hair that is platinum blonde. It is infuriating…. Not to mention every photo they seem to want to lean sex kitten rather than business photo…. The amount of errors are ridiculous and they have no interest in improving the app. I’ve tried to reach out to Customer Service multiple times and I’m determined that they just don’t have one….. the photos that it creates are fake and look nothing like you look into other apps!

   Cannot access my annual subscription.. I lost eight points because persistent would not generate my photos. I was still charged for them anyway😥 November 25, 2025 I have sent numerous emails to FaceOff to let them know that I can no longer access my FaceOff on my new phone. I lost my other phone, but FaceOff did not transfer over and I cannot access it any longer. However, I’ve already paid for the entire year which expires in December. I’d like to get back on FaceOff as soon as possible.

   Subscription features not working. I reached out to have this problem fixed multiple times to no response, I paid for a subscription and when I transferred My data to my new phone the subscription is still on my apple account but does not work on the app anymore and if I cancel and purchase again it still does not work

   Scam. I paid for the $9.99 option and still couldn’t edit my picture because it said I needed more credits. What’s the point of the subscription then? And why wasn’t that clearly explained? I requested a refund and got no response. Totally misleading and disappointing. Feels like a scam look for another app.

    Horrible. App appeared free until you download it. Then it charged me $64. And the app is terrible. I tried the action figure feature multiple times and not one result was usable. It generates random shapes and stuff as “tools or accessories” that have no basis in reality.

    Charged me a month after clicking the $1 option for the week.. I want an immediate refund, $60 is way too much to just try an app. And proceeded to charge $59.99 after I had clicked the option for a week that said $1. And change !

    App not working, Instagram page cannot be found. Is this some type of scam ? I downloaded it and paid the $10 and none of the images I created are showing, and the support directs me to a non existing instagram account. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and would appreciate if I get my money back…

    Thieves--AVOID. Ridiculous pricing for an app that offers limited usage (they only give you a small amount of "credits" to make pictures) and then they are stealing your data and likeness anyway. I cancelled my subscription, received confirmation of my cancellation, and then they still charged me the next week. When I reported it, they didn't help. Scum, thieves, using your data and making you pay for it. AVOID THIS APP.

    Doesn’t work as advertised. The Ghibli and Action Figure Toy settings didn’t work. Tried multiple photos, inputs and prompts. I want a refund. Don’t advertise something if it isn’t going to work at all.

    Scam!!! You won’t be able to unsubscribe!!!. Usually apps allow you to unsubscribe in the app settings. This app redirects you to the Instagram page to unsubscribe!!! This is horrible!

    Needs ethics review. Studio ghibli Filter must have trouble distinguishing people of color because it always defaults to a pale white skin color regardless of skin tone. Tried several different angles and photos, always displays an animated character with white skin

    Lies. I just paid 10 to use the “ghibli style generator” and it’s not ghibli at all. It’s a random anime style I want a refund y’all are lying and scamming

    There’s no solid way to cancel a subscription. In app there’s no way to cancel the subscription like any other normal app would allow you to. You end up getting locked into to the monthly fee unless you go through the steps to cancel your credit card. A complete scam

    Image does not generate. Narcissejr.andrew Instagram I’ve restarted the app and the image that I paid for has not generated. Even while waiting as it stated. The moment the time lapsed, the pending image disappeared. Please fix this.
