   App constantly crashing. I started with starter plan for $18 a month and was having fun with the app and getting decent results. I then ended up making some changes and modifications to my car so I needed to retrain my car in the app so that it would match. I soon found out that was not an option and ended up having to purchase the creator plan for $50 a month just to add a vehicle. Cool whatever… after upgrading my plan I attempted to add a vehicle to my collection. I went through the process of uploading the pictures but as soon as try to submit it the app crashes. I tried over and over again but the app kept crashing. I made sure I had the most updated version of the app, which I did. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the app continues to crash before allowing me to add another vehicle. So essentially I paid $50 for NOTHING. I reached out to customer service and the told me to try using the website. Cool whatever, I’ll try that. When I try to login to the website it asks for your login email and then prompts me to to check my email for a confirmation link. The email never came, not in my inbox and not in my spam. I tried this several more times but I never received a confirmation link. I reached back out to customer service and they never responded. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS APP & DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP You will not get what you pay for. THE APP CONSTANTLY CRASHES Developers response: "Our goal is to make a great product that people are happy to pay for. If they are not happy, we always ask them to chat with support and give them the option of refunding. You even acknowledge in your statement that you were having fun and getting decent results with paying. When a problem occurred, you did come to support and were provided with alternative solutions while the team could investigate. In your statement, you claim that support never responded and that's not true. We did and have receipts. Instead, this individual made a threat and we told them we would no longer help and to go the refund route. Further, this individual claims the app crashes constantly and that's just not true. Apple shows our current crash rate is 0.027% for the last month . Crashes do not happen frequently but we still work to get the rate to 0." Above Joshua Doctors states that he offered alternatives for the issues I was encountering. Which he did and I responded to let him know that none of the alternatives were working and the app was still continuously crashing. Support never responded back. I then sent an email several days later addressing the fact that support never got back with me to resolve the issue and that I would be leaving an honest review in the App Store about my experience with the app. Apparently stating that I’m going to leave an honest review is a threat ladies and gentlemen… Joshua continues to discount and deny that the app has frequent crashes, although if you take the time to go through the reviews you’ll see numerous complaints about the app crashing along with many other issues. In the most recent update the developer states that they’ve resolved the issue of the app crashing while training new vehicles, the exact crashing Joshua discounted and denied was happening to me. As stated above I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE. Not only because of the failed functionality of the app but because the developer is very unprofessional and petty when it comes to resolving customer support issues.

   Did not work.. I saw some really great results from this app. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the one-time paid feature it reported that results were unavailable and I’d get an email when they were. I don’t feel comfortable paying now for promised results later and asked for a refund.

    Motorcycle AI. it seems like it works better with cars. I tried with my zx6r but it made it look funny multiple times. and it doesn’t help that you have to pay money to get more generations and video generation so you’ll spend about $20+ to have 1-3 or even 0 good photos.

    Too expensive for no results. This app is extremely frustrating when you spend $15 for 6 edits that dont look anything like your prompt. Even the edit that they make for you is 3 seconds long with your "hazards" flashing. I also hate that i scanned my car then half the suggested car edits are of mini coopers and 2015 volkswagen jettas. I would rescan my car but guess what, I have to pay more to scan again. I want my money back cause im not going to use any of the edits it made for me, WHICH BY THE WAY, have watermarks DESPITE YOU PAYING THE MINIMUM OF $15!!!!

    Waste of Money. This app takes forever to download horrible quality videos and cost $18 to make one video and can’t go back if you make a mistake waste of money

    Tried built in prompts. Tried built in prompts and the images and videos all came out squished. Car did random drifting and poor camera angles. No matter what I did it would consume another 10 credits and output more junk. They definitely need a way to “approve” the video. Maybe by using a temporary watermark that way you spend credits only when you need to. For $17 I got maybe 2 decent photos and zero videos worth looking at. Idk what else to say

    It’s alright.. In all honesty, the app is very confusing. You only get one free edit and after that, you have to pay to continue to use the app. It’s kinda expensive for the results you get. I am also unable to add a vehicle or add photos for the current one I am trying edit.

    Can’t get the app to work. The app seems pretty cool so I downloaded it and was hoping to get some cool videos of my truck and I made the purchase and nothing works. It just asked me to buy a premium. After I’ve already made a $16 purchase.

    Complete scam. I downloaded this from the description of the app to make some cool ai photos and uploaded good professional photographs of the truck that was taken from a photographer so I know the quality of the pictures where good I used 40 out of my 80 credits given with my $15 purchase and not a single one looked correct axles looked completely way out of wack compared to the body of the truck wheels looked deformed some even made the truck a completely different body style and or cab style. This app is a complete scam and I want my money back.

    Buggy. I bought the 14.99 basic option then when I went to use it on my truck I accidentally put car as my body style instead of truck and when I noticed my mistake it wouldn’t let me change it with out buying the basic pack again so I then bought it again for 14.99 and it still wouldn’t let me edit that my truck is a truck and not a car then I made a new account so I could fix it and I used the one free use and it looked good so I bought the basic pack again and had 60 images and when I got down to 10 left it randomly took my remaining 10 uses.

    Not worth $18 a month. This is a sign up free trial and forget the $18 month charge app since it’s doesn’t work. I uploaded 3 picture since they only give you 5 credits to work with and none of them ever loaded in. Perfect cell and wifi service with 1g fiber at the house and nothing. Stay far away. Absolutely not worth it

    Can’t even try for free. This is so stupid and idk why no other reviews are mentioning it, but the entirety of the app is behind a paywall. Can’t even try to see what I’m buying, and based on the non-botted reviews, it seems pretty bad.

    Rip off. The idea and program is good. It works most of the time. The issues are a lot of the time it renders a car that looks nothing like yours. It doesn’t follow prompts all that well. What got me to walk away was I subscribed to the $100 plan. I forget about it for 3 months and got billed but when the month rebills you lose all your model and photo credits. After $300 I wouldn’t been more inclined to keep subscription if I kept my credits. It just felt like a rip off

    50/50. The app is cool, but it’s a hit or miss when creating images. Sometimes you get back good results then there’s times where you get back horrible results. That part of the app definitely needs to be enhanced. I spent over $100+ just playing with the app and didn’t even realize it.

    Inconsistent. Upload lots of clear photos of my vehicle and I am very detailed with the description of the car and some images are close to the car but always different from eachother I get added doors or a car that don’t even look like mine paid $15 and didn’t get one cool photo and the video maker didn’t do anything except add some lens flare after I described what to do
