   1 Star. 1 Star Very disappointed with this app and its billing practices. I was charged $59.99 for an automatic yearly renewal without realizing my subscription was still active. I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the charge and did not use the service after the renewal. I contacted support right away, but my refund request was denied. The support process was frustrating, confusing, and mostly handled by automated responses that repeatedly referenced the wrong purchase before finally refusing a refund. Customers should be extremely careful when signing up and make sure to cancel well before renewal. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app.

Bought subscription on website thinking it was ChatGPT(my fault) but I figured since I did it I’d download the app, can’t connect my account to the app so I don’t have my one hundred dollar purchase. And since the refund policy doesn’t cover accidental purchases you won’t be refunded. Just download ChatGPT or grok, this app is a scam.

    They charge you before you see it.. I am quite concerned about my experience with this company. I was interested in trying out a free trial to evaluate the service, but I noticed that my account was charged simultaneously. Although I did not use the app and requested a refund, my request was unfortunately denied.

    They like to add charge when not authorized. Since I first canceled and delay the app it has reappeared on my phone and charged me 6 times. When I ask for a refund and dispute I get denied. Do not use this app and I have contacted Apple they say it’s on the app developer

    Refuses to generate art/images. I downloaded this because the ad says AI art generator. When I asked it to do so, it said it can’t do that and recommends I use other apps to generate images. Now I have to cancel my subscription due to this overt false advertisement
