   Changed. this game has changed so much since it first came out. it used to be so much fun but it’s only about buying stuff. you can’t do any cool outfits without spending real money on a stupid pass for the game. theres also now limited options for everything unless you pay to play

   Infuriating game. I PAID FOR A MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, and didn’t read the fine print it charged my card for the entire year, which is fine I had the money but I was expecting a monthly charge not a lump sum taken out all at once. Not to mention I just finished 300 levels of the spring event to get the stupid skin for the pupu I even went to level 305 JUST TO MAKE SURE I HAD IT, well f me bcz it restarted me back at level 43 and I REFUSE TO WASTE ANOTHER HOUR to get that stupid skin. And don’t get me started on the free spins why have any gem prize above 5 if your only going to get 2s. If I hadn’t spent the freaking lump sum of money on this game I would have deleted it months ago!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

   Sucks.. ★☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to like this app, but it’s become more frustrating than enjoyable. It runs very slowly, and after using it for a few minutes my phone gets noticeably hot. Almost every feature seems to push you toward making a purchase, which takes away from the experience. Some of the games also feel intentionally difficult unless you watch long ads or spend your gems to progress. Instead of rewarding skill and time, it often feels like the app is trying to monetize every step. I hope the developers focus on improving performance and making the gameplay feel fairer. If I could’ve put no stars I would have. Thank you and goodbye.

   Sad. Been playing for a really long time now and I love pengu but it’s gotten to a point where the ads have gotten out of hand and almost every action I make, leads to an ad and I really miss not having to pay for a great game or else being bombarded with ads all the time. Unfortunately might have to abandon my level 25 Pengu.

   Too many ads and notifications. This penguin app was fun at first, but then it go so annoying it kept saying that the penguin was lonely right after I would give him food and a hear also almost every day I get around 40 notifications from him and I get an add after clicking one thing and the adds suck so bad and the penguin pass ads are so damn annoying like holy no one is gonna pay for that make it an option to not show again. Honestly this game is so bad and it got ruined it was good at the beginning there were not that many adds not that many notifications and no bugs but now it sucks so bad it gets me so damn annoyed.

    ADS ADS ADS. This game is forcing you into unclickoutable ads and it only gets worse as time passes. I used to be able to play the mini games to earn coins for my pets but now if I play the mini games it will lock me into an impossible to get out of ad almost always. I wouldn’t recommend this app to my worst enemy .

    Devastated. I’ve had Pengu for years now and had few issues I could get over… I turned off notifications because level notifications got annoying and since I turned off notifications the app started glitching more. It wouldn’t allow me to buy food it would freeze and just stop working and finally it completely kicked me off all my Penguins… stating that I have to send a link to start a new Pengu. One of my pengus will die as his coparent can redownload the app and I was the only one keeping him alive…. He is my longest living penguin. I’m devastated! Fix your bugs there are WAY too many!

    Deleted. The app deleted me and my girlfriend’s Pengu after 7 days of hard work on coins. I’m very dissatisfied with the features in the app aswell as all of the ads. You cannot even get into the app with an ad popping up within 2 seconds! After playing a single game you must watch a 2+ minute ad just to collect the coins you won from the game you played.

    So much ads. This game has slowly been getting more and more ads. Now theres even ads in the mini games, you cant even send love without getting an ad half the time. Can we not get ads whenever we do literally anything.

    Too much work for too many ads. Ads pop up every 5 seconds to buy the full version and then the penguins starve in like an hour and you have to watch 3 1 minute ads to revive them.

    Money hungry. Save yourself the time downloading this and thinking it’s a cute thing to do with your partner. It was great a year ago. You can’t even give your pet a heart without an ad popping up right after that you CANT skip. Playing games to earn coins used to be fun until they also added ads in between levels. Anything really cute or cool looking will cost you real money. Don’t bother with such a money hungry app that advertises it’s subscription every other click

    some of the mini games don’t work. i was on level 8 of the tile game and it completely stopped working now when i click play it takes you to where you’d play but there’s no tiles to play with i uninstalled the app but it hasn’t fixed it but it works just fine on the other parents phone

    MONEY HUNGRY. the most money hungry game you will ever play for the daily spins and chest that you have to watch an add i’ll watch the add and the it won’t give me the reward everytime i’ve restarted and every their just money hungry also all of their ad are like 1 minute long and you get them every 4 seconds. also with the penguin pass my boyfriend got it for our penguin and it’s supposed to connect to both players but it doesn’t it acts like i don’t have it even tho i have the damn pet. stupid company money hungry pos!

    Network issue. For 2 days my daughter and I neither one can feed our little guy. It’s so frustrating because we are getting notifications saying it’s hungry and needs love and there’s nothing we can do. I have emailed 2 times and no response. Ugh

    Daisy (our pengu of over a year) is gone / missing. App was working last night just fine. Went to feed and love her this morning and she was gone. Went to the App Store and saw there was an update. Downloaded the update. She is still gone. So disappointed. Same issue again and there is no app support.

    Cash Grab. I played this game before with my friends, but we didn’t make it that far because we have up. However, I started playing again and had so many issues. 1st back around level 15ish . I was not able to update the living room and it was stuck in Japan. It was all completed but wouldn’t let us go to the next living room. I emailed countless times and no response. Then the ads got too much. Also we finally got to level 20 on May 25,2026. We won’t be able to go to next level unless we buy pengu pass and that’s very inconvenient. The game freezes a lot or won’t let you play games and have to swipe the app each time something happens. It takes forever to get lots of coins playing on the games. It makes it impossible to get to the next level. It want you to spend 200 plus coins to get clothes, skins, and such. It’s so hard to earn at times. I just wished there was fair scale on trying to improve the game. Getting 100 level for most games just to get one coin more to earn. Everything is overly expensive. So many bugs and fixes that need to be made. These are all my reasons for a 1 star. The games are fun to play.

    😡. I accidentally paid for the monthly subscription but instead they decided to charge me for the yearly so I canceled it immediately and tried to get a refund and they are refusing to give me one. This app isn’t worth it there are too many adds and they just want to rob you of $50. This is just ridiculous
