   Beware! It’s not really a free trial. I want to make it clear that this app is not a free trial! I mimic the exact same thing and the exact same review that Thislsibee made. I used the app for not even 30 minutes and then deleted it and there was nowhere for me to cancel the trial or nowhere where it even said I was able to cancel the trial. Very dishonest and I reached out to their support and hope to hear back from them soon! $10 plus tax is a lot in these times. Please make it right support!!

   BEWARE! ITS NOT REALLY A FREE TRIAL!!. I am appalled that I was charged for trying the free trial. I only used this app for less than 30 minutes to see if it was suitable for us, but the weekly $9.99+tax plan was not feasible for us. Therefore, I promptly canceled it, which was reflected as INACTIVE in my subscription section. To my shock, I am still being charged! I reported this to Apple, but they denied my request based on the app’s fine print. This is highly suspicious! Even though you cancel the subscription and have tried the free trial, you will still be charged. This is utterly disgusting and painful! You should be more transparent with your charges! Very disappointed. I hope to God you all don’t charge me again!!!!! Be warned to anyone wanting to download the free trial. ITS NOT FREE!! This honestly hurts!!! Times are tough right now for someone to mess with your money.

   Unhappy with “free trial”. I clicked on their free trial, but it selected premium when I purchased. I attempted to contact their customer service, but they didn’t support a resolution. To me, this was a bait and switch. Beware.

    Scam -DO NOT EVEN GET A TRIAL.. 1 Charged me 3 times for a trail subscription @ $9.99 = $31.77. 2. 90% of questions were answered incorrectly and kept getting passed of to another person to solve. 3. The app stopped allowing my problems to be answered unless I paid an additional $60 some dollars for some kind of coins. I’ve reported to Apple and send a complaint to the support people at this app. Awaiting a reply. I want all my money back…$31.77. Will followup with PayPal if I don’t receive a full refund…. And then my credit card after that if no progress has been made.

    Scammed. I had three tokens to use on my math problems and used all three for one equation then I go look back to see what the answers were and then it says I have to buy more coins to look at my solutions that I already paid for.

    Charges. I’ve use the app a couple of times. The first time it successfully use one of my coins and solved a problem, but the answer was not correct. I tried using the app again today, renewed a premium week subscription for $6.99 and then the $9.99 priority subscription trial (which was supposed to be a free 3 day trial I think but I was charged???). I did not get a answer to the question I submitted after the premium $6.99, I instead got a message that I needed to renew to get the answer. I selected the 3 day priority trial for $9.99 (thinking it was free for 3 days before it charged $9.99). Submitted the same question a second time because I could not see the answer from the first time. Started a chat with support and they said I don’t have a premium subscription (I sent a screen shot of my expiration date for both premium and priority) and support says I only have a priority. Also that priority and premium subscriptions are the same. Support is saying that the $9.99 is from a coin purchase and not the priority. Whatever the issue is… I’ve spent $6.99+$9.99 to not get a answer to my stats question.

    Unbelievable. I thought u had found a good math app but no. The first problem I tried to solve, I scanned it and it told me I needed to pay to see the solution so I couldn’t even solve the problem because of having to pay.

    SCAM app. I paid for the app subscription 9.99….then it tells me you need to buy coins so I bought coins 6.99. It says I need an active subscription even though I purchased a premium subscription. I paid by credit card and they are saying they only refund through app.

    Let down. While using the application, I was impressed but then my bank called about a fraud charge. Evidently, the claim of a free trial was fraudulent because I was charged $10.71. How is that free? I was considering paying for it but then was asked for additional fees. This application is a scam because even the weekly charge doesn’t cover the usage. You are crooks.

    trying to charge for a free trail. so i tried the FREE trial for only 1 day and cancelled the subscription that same day and now it’s trying to charge me $10.81 even tho it was a free trial, the app is deleted in my phone, i made sure the subscription was cancelled before but it’s still trying to charge me, i don’t know who to get in contact with about this situation because i am not paying for something that said free trial.

    Scam. Do not fall for a $1.99 trial. They won’t let you cancel and claim they need an “account info” that of course you don’t have, then charge you with $74.00.

    Makes you upgrade to solve problems. After only 3 or 4 problems it wouldn’t solve anymore without an upgrade to purchase “coins” to solve more problems. Absolutely ridiculous.

    SCAM. I paid for the subscription. I tried to get the solution to my geometry problem. It originally said it would take two minutes to solve, that was a lie I waited 10+ minutes and nothing. I got a call for about 2 minutes and after I went back to the app it said I have no coins left for solutions. When I never got my problem solved. What’s up with this coins ? Shouldn’t I get unlimited solutions because I am paying 10$ a week.
