Won’t give answers. Every time I try to scan a question, it says it can’t help to ask my instructor or it says that it’s a math professor, when it clearly says it helps with chemistry and biology. Last semester it helped with Biology now this semester it don’t help with chemistry , so it’s useless now

Unknown charges. I download this app as a free app and the start charging me 4.99 every WEEK. I go into my account and there’s nothing listed about prices or plans. The system is not always accurate as well when it comes to math. Most app charges monthly. So I don’t understand the every week thing. I dispute the charges because it’s false advertisement that they do not list any packages or prices of what you sign up for.
